Wasted my money & time with them this morning. So this morning I decided to connect a phone with them. But my account was 90 days and inactive so I decided to pay the remaining balance that was overdue. After that they wanted a $250 deposit to start a new line. Completely robbed me & scammed me for my hard-working money.Should have said they wanted a $250 deposit in the 1st place. Instead of being on the phone with them for a while instead they said it last minute.

The store manager ruins her employee’s deals with her micro managing and being rude and belittling me that I needed a down payment. Meanwhile she probably rents and I own two homes 🤷🏻♂️ Oh well at&t got my business. And I paid cash for the iPhone 12 pro max.

Went in to add two lines to an existing account. Took over a hour to find out it couldn't be done. She TMobile to fix a mistake she added to that one. So had to make a new account. In total we were stuck there for about 4 hours. The lady who was helping us kept wondering off and sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about with all of the mistakes and pauses. She even walked away a few times and once was to eat. My phone was suppose to transfer numbers and she screw that up. In store we had to call TMobile to fix the mess up took way to long to transfer one number and we already were told the other number went through by her. And then the next morning discovered the other line was not transfer at all. Found out my number is on a 3rd line. On top of all that she didn't even get the phones open and sims put in. We did.

The representative that helped me was very kind and answered all the questions I had. All the staff was nice as well and they worked together. Didn't feel pressured or rushed. He also didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time asking tons of questions about the phones, since that's what I went in looking for. He knew what he was doing and was knowledgeable. Out of several of the T-Mobile stores I've been to here in town, this by far has been the best service I've had so far. Thanks, Will be coming to this location in the future.

I recently subscribed to T-mobile and had some issues, I have had to visit a T-mobile store and have been working with Ben. He has and still is working his buns odd to get my service working. I really appreciate the way he is working with me. He's making me a happy camper. Thanks Ben.
