Most efficient experience ever at a Verizon wireless store by far. These folks have the service process nailed. I ran out of data because I'm traveling. I wanted to change my plan and the Verizon app didn't have the plan I wanted available, so I had to go into the store. There's a person in the front who greets you, and as a matter of fact, very pleasantly. They take your phone number and you are in a queue. You're constantly texted where you are in line and you get to walk around and browse the store while you wait. The young man who changed my plan was very efficient and I appreciate that so much. He knew what he was doing and he was fast doing it. Kudos to the folks at this store for their lean efficient service process. Nice job!!

Tina was our rep. We updated to a newer phone. Sales service was quicker than normal. The only thing I would have liked is if the rep helped put on the screen protector. Would have been way cooler. Unfortunately we did have to come back in for assistance. Luis fixed us up in less than 5 mins. Thanks again for the hard work yall.

Verizon had some kind of glitch notifying me I was 2 months behind and threatening to cancel my service, Labor Day weekend. I was on the phone over 2 hours finally getting 2 techs (while talking with Anthony, our call was dropped; finally got Joseph on the line, explaining everything again. He said I needed to speak with Lanitta who asked me to identify myself. I did. She said my name was not associated with my account and indicated I was trying to spam the company. She put me back into the recording to reach No one. I hung up, paid the $228 past due ( which I didn’t owe. Wednesday morning, I met Luis Gonzales at the Amarillo store. He spent almost 2 hours finding out My account had been paid regularly on time and in full that I was owed the $228. He was meticulous in all he did. I have been back twice ( still no refund), but Luis is kind, friendly and thorough. I canceled my Verizon account after 16+ years because of this incident being overcharged and no phone customer service. Luis is the kindest face in the building recognizing my time is also valuable.

I would like to Thank Luis Gonzalez for such amazing, fast & helpful skills. From day one to what seemed like day 20 (it was only day 6) he was polite, caring & honest. The many times I had been here for help, none carried on like Luis. I was about to turn into a Karen because it felt like I was getting the run around. Luis rescued us. Even today, I went in, talking to another associate, which came back with disappointment, Luis popped out & rescued me again. We need and want more of you, Luis. Thank you for an always wonderful experience. Hopefully you're there next time I need help.

I am over the moon happy with the service we received from this store. Me and my husband had gone in to get new phones and switch his number over from straight talk. Tristan was so patient and informative through the whole process of us having to deal with getting information from straight talk for about an hr. I was so frustrated with straight talk but Tristian was kind and helped us through to the end. Yall need to give that man a raise for being so patient in these situations. I will always be with verizon because of this interaction and everyone else there being so kind.
