Wasted my money & time with them this morning. So this morning I decided to connect a phone with them. But my account was 90 days and inactive so I decided to pay the remaining balance that was overdue. After that they wanted a $250 deposit to start a new line. Completely robbed me & scammed me for my hard-working money.Should have said they wanted a $250 deposit in the 1st place. Instead of being on the phone with them for a while instead they said it last minute. ~Lesly

AT&T Store

We had been treated awful by optimum, after being with them for long time! I am an old woman, a husband with Alzheimer's.He has certain things he likes to watch. Didn't want to change! Dillan at at&t was so polite. The girl working with him also! They helped us where I felt comfortable and gave us the best products! We are really Enjoying at&t service.The gentleman who installed equipment was very polite, service was good. Thanks for such awesome service! ~Mary

Verizon

Most efficient experience ever at a Verizon wireless store by far. These folks have the service process nailed. I ran out of data because I'm traveling. I wanted to change my plan and the Verizon app didn't have the plan I wanted available, so I had to go into the store. There's a person in the front who greets you, and as a matter of fact, very pleasantly. They take your phone number and you are in a queue. You're constantly texted where you are in line and you get to walk around and browse the store while you wait. The young man who changed my plan was very efficient and I appreciate that so much. He knew what he was doing and he was fast doing it. Kudos to the folks at this store for their lean efficient service process. Nice job!! ~Jolene

I was very disappounted wuth the service i recieved. I had spent days trying to get my new device connected then was told by a live agent to visit a local store to recieve a sims card free of charge. It took them abiut 30 to 45 mins to figure out hiw to get my phone up working. I was never charged while in stire for the sims or ever told there would be a charge. I woke the the next morning with a new device charge on my account and they disconnected my service. All this while visiting this store it seems emphoyees need to learn how to communicate with customers about issues that would effect them after leaving the store. Why go to al the trouble to get my phone working jut to have it turned off hours later. Bith employees were sitting on the floor when we entered the store also. With all this extra time they couñd use it to obtain better knowledge of their jobs or even fir employer to administor training. Will not even visit this store again ~Felicia

I've had great service with this company for a year, until a week ago when my phone was broken. I went to Georgia store to pay my bill and inquire about a new phone. Was told that I couldn't get another working phone with my plan so my "better" option was to start a new plan with a new number. Long story sho rt: I was hustled into a new plan without my number. Got home and realized that the salesperson Jenn obviously wanted to make a sale and didn't care to really help me. I had one day left in my old plan & went to cricket to port my number there. Went back to Metro and asked for my unlock codes so I could switch & the saving Grace for that store, Kristian, was working & was as baffled by the way the prior woman's service as I was. Kristian saved my number & gave me the customer service experience that I expected. Meanwhile Jenn came over and began talking down to me , like I. was the one who asked for the new account. Kristian is a prime example of excellent customer service skills. Girl needs a raise and a promotion. Jenn needs to take notes and learn to listen to the customer. Rant over. 5 star service from Kristian. -2 star service from Jenn. ~GinaLee

Boost Mobile

Had to get a new Sims card for my phone. Employee was quick and knowledgeable. I love Boost! They have good phones and service, and great plans to choose from! I've been with them for over 8 years. Any time I've had a problem, not very often, they fixed it immediately. I will stay with them for as long as I have a phone! ~Michele
