My wife fell down after a Dr.'s visit had the phone in her hand hit the pavement and broke it still worked for 4 months then started having problems a week ago anyways her claim was denied cause she didn't report that day it broke I see that wrong that's why I gave y'all 1- star

Traided my phone in today, and I was very upset about it because that was the best phone ever. I believe his name was Austin, tall gentleman with glasses, that helped me find the best phone that would be just as good. He is very knowledgeable in cellphones and answered any questions i had he also was very kind. I will be going to this store for any needs I have regarding my device or service.

I recently stopped in to ask about home Internet I’m working in Amarillo for the next 6 months and I need some source of wifi. I spoke with Ty the store manager the young man was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options. I was more impressed with how he handled and took care of all his customers multi tasking and directing his trainees that he had.

Came in to find out about promotions and plan prices because I was thinking about leaving AT&T after being with them for 13 years. The young lady (Carina) who helped me out was very kind and she knew what she was doing. I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to ask questions to get to know me and understand my situation instead of trying to sell me something that I did not need like many other sales people do. I originally just came in to gather information but Carina made me feel comfortable enough to make the switch over to T-Mobile that same day!! I’ve been with T-Mobile for about two weeks now and I love it! This is the only location I will be visiting from here on out.

My husbands phone has been broken for about 2 weeks and we didn’t have the money to get the replacement. No one was giving me the correct answers on what was going on but I went in to the store and Ty gave me the correct information and my husband has a working phone now. If you need help go see Ty!!!
