This place is scandalous I swear one minute my payment is one amount the next it's higher. I was told I could pay monthly and they keep trying to get me to pay bi weekly! So that way I have more interest instead of payments. I've been paying on a PS4 for well over a year. I called the main place and they told me my payments should not be over 100$ and when I talk to the manager he is very very rude and disrespectful! I asked a lady one day how much more I owe she said 400 the next week the man said 800 let me remind you it's been over a year and my contract says 1,000

I just moved into my first apartment a few days ago and I needed some stuff to furnish it. My friend suggested rent-a-center because I was on a bit of a budget. I was a bit skeptical at first and I had no clue what I was really doing. As soon as I walked into this store I felt that I was taken care of and felt like I was a priority. I ask a lot of questions and they were very patient and understanding with me. They answered all my questions and I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. I am happy to say that I am loving my purchases and I highly recommend this store because of the great customer service that they provide. Ashley, you were great and thanks for helping me throughout the whole thing! I will be back soon!
