Quick and efficient service for tires. I was in a bind and in regards to time but so happy to have been able to get my tires replaced at Monro's. From the moment I called to inquire about their hours and what I needed, Mike was so friendly and professional. The type of professional that will creates the type of environment that customers want to come back to. The tire service was well done and at a reasonable rate. I felt completely confident getting back on the road. If I were local I would surely be a return customer. Thank you!!

If you're in the market to have your car be 10000% different then it was when you took it in, then this is the place for you. Will never step foot in this place again! I miss the old managers. Had my daughters car worked on here recently, she had nothing but issues since. Calling the 800 number is worthless. A bunch of rude women, who will only take the locations side. Beware!!

These guys are great. I’ve been here twice and both times were excellent. Everyone is friendly. I initially came here for warranty service, but I had such a good experience I’m sticking with them. Highly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. All work was completed on time and the price did not exceed the quote given. There seemed to only be a single person there that day so he was very busy working on the cars and taking care of the customers. Even with that he was very personable took time to answer all questions fully. There have been no issues with the work that was done.

my wife took her car here to get it serviced because her control arm and bushings joint was misaligned. she told me she had a good visit until she left and the car started to whistle every time she drove it. they told her to bring it back to check it and a guy name Jamru who is the manager disrespected my wife for bringing her car back. there is either a vacum leak or a barring issue that was paid to have fix along with the control arm that was damaged or not repaired that is causing her car to whistle. my wife car never had this problem and jamru the manager gave her a hard time and said they did nothing wrong. my wife left a review and they had it deleted. i never uploaded a review before but this is cause for the public to know. i tried to call there today and got no answer. please avoid this place at all cost. fellas take your wife car there for her, dont let her go alone because this will happen. we will avoid this place like the plauge. By the way, my wife car is still damaged.whose gonna fix it? I will bring it back myself this time.

Took my BMW Z4 here for a tire change. It was close to my job an had good reviews. Shop has been here for ages. All seemed good. Gave me a quote and a great time frame. Dropped it off in the am, dropped keys in the slot, walked to work. Supposed to be done by 2pm. 5pm rolls around without a call from them so I check in. They need more time…my job was done for the day at 2, I waited the star time for nothing. Said okay, called my wife to come pick me up. Thank god I had someone to call. Two more days go by with only me calling them for updates…they never call me. Turns out they don’t have the equipment to remove run flats so they did it by had, ripped up all the the tire pressure sensors while they were at it. They could have told me from the beginning that their shop doesn’t work on those kinds of tires, but instead, they charged me three times more than the quote and told me I was lucky they didn’t charge me more.

The two gentleman working today (Mike and Tom) not only fit me in right away, but they were honest about the state of my tire. It needed to be replaced and they did not have the right tire, but they gave me suggestions and confirmed I could make it home safely. They were very considerate and I felt like I was in good hands! While I sat in the waiting area I could not help but notice it was not just me they interacted with in this way- every customer who came in got the same treatment.
