Disliked this experience and I've always gotten my tires from there. My rear tire was no good and I waited 2hr. to hear that they had to ordered it so it could be put on the next day I left my rim there GUESS WHAT 1 1/2 hr. for that 😠😡🤬

Other than an upsale of $60.00 that was suppose to be $21.00 in the paper on the internet wherever don't cheat people when they get in there and use the old all new cars use synthetic oil not conventional so that costs 40.00 dollars extra. Tell you what stand by what you advertise don't try to make people look stupid. They good job with the oil change, tire rotation and balance. Fairly quick little over an hour. Just be ready to pay more than what you expected. They wonder why people cop an attitude. Please stick to your advertising of that number posted the dollar is tough to come by nowadays people don't want to be upsaled or upset. Still would tell anyone to go here. Very professional besides the stuff mentioned up top.

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! They know what they are doing there, and there’s no b.s.ing the customer. I thought I needed a new tire but the gentleman behind the counter said it may be a nail & if so, they just need to close the hole! Well…it WAS a nail! Saved me hundreds of dollars and I only had about 250$ in my checking them bc it was a tight week with money. Fair prices, knowledgeable people, & clean waiting area; they are now my “go-to”!

I went there for a light on the dash prior to take my car to be inspected. George I believe his name was the General Manager identified the issue, corrected it, and got me on my way. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Brought a fleet vehicle in and was greeted from the door. Very nice and clean waiting area with comfy chairs. Service was quick and well done.

The tire technician tried removing my wheel lock and damaged the key as he removed the first bolt. Scott at the counter called me and said it was worn or something and I need to go to the dealer and buy a new one since it won’t go inside the lock to remove the others. After spending $35 on a new wheel lock and returning to the store I asked Scott at the counter if my wheel lock key was like this before how did the technician get the wheel lock bolt out? Scott said the dealer took this bolt out which was ridiculous because they did not even touch my car. After that he got the manager and he tried to say it was already loose! Wow now we are just making stuff up. Take ownership because things happen and I wouldn’t have been near as mad.. needless to say I left immediately because they would probably damage another wheel lock key and just lie about it again. Very disappointing customer service

I had a great experience at this location! The staff was very friendly and professional. Jordan was wonderful with assisting me in choosing the best set of tires for my vehicle and budget. He took the time to go over several options without any pressure which made me feel at ease. The facility is clean and the prices are reasonable. The quality of work and timeliness was great. I would highly recommended this facility and Jordan as your service associate!

Quick service in an emergency. See picture... This happened to the front passenger side tire the other day so I knew we needed a professional to do the assessment of damages. Since the tire was holding pressure, we drove the car to NTB (North Wilmington) early evening before closing and set up the first available appointment for the evaluation the next afternoon at 2:30. Got a call by 10 AM with the good news that the tire and rim were not damaged so it just needed the large piece of wood removed and tire remounted. It was already done when they had called. What great customer service! Thanks NTB
