Never will I shop at walmart!!!! Refused to sell me 2 tires for my car. Said I had to buy 4. Sent me on the road with a tire ready to blow out!!!!

Asked to have the tires rotated, and they were not. Said they were too worn and that I needed 4 new tires. My truck has under 28,000 miles, and the tires are in great shape. My son had his car in for an oil change. 2.5 hours later he went to pick it up - not done. They said the filter was out of stock. No phone call, no notice. I went on line and there were several filters in stock, if someone had called an adjustment could have been made. Don't waste your time... Service: Tires

This morning my husband and I went to the auto care area for an oil change. John the manager helped us. My husband mixed his words often trying to say what he wanted done. John remained professional and got us checked in without issue. I really appreciated his professionalism and customer service because what John didn’t know is that my husband has some health challenges that effect his communication. They sell faulty tires and then they will not replace them.. The Manager (top manager according to him) Dalton, is very unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER purchase tires from them again. I was warned not to take my auto business to them... Service: Tires

Amazing experience. I had to replace my tires. They had the best prices. They were extremely accommodating when I had to move my appointment to a different time. And they provided phenomenal customer service despite being pretty busy. Thanks to Andre and David, I'll be recommending this auto center to everyone I know. Thanks again!

I took my truck to the Milford Walmart Auto Center for an oil change, like I always do. The woman said it would be an hour. I walked around Walmart for an hour and a half, and went to check in and see if my truck was done. The same woman, had me sign my paper, like normal. After I sign it, she says, and I quote, "Oh, it looks like it was never done. Apparently there's a "massive oil leak" and when they lifted your truck up, oil was pouring onto their head!!" After that, I took my truck to my dealership. There was a leak, but it was NOT massive. Nothing poured onto anyone's head. I saw the leaks, I was under my truck. I completely understand not being able to do my oil change. That's not my issue. But for an hour and a half I walked around the store thinking it was getting done. She never called me to make me aware it wasn't getting done. She didn't page me over the store. Every time I needed to get an oil change, new tires, etc, I went to Walmart in Milford. But, every time I go there, the same cashier is working and is so clueless about everything. She's always CONFUSED. There's always an issue with something with her. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO BE COURTEOUS AND GIVE SOMEONE A CALL OR PAGE SO THEY AREN'T WASTING THEIR TIME!

Waited for more tha 4 hours for 2 new tires.when I called it took 15 minutes for them to find someone in the automotive dept. They said my car was done. Why didn't I get a call? I had been sitting at work off the clock for 2 hours waiting. When I got there I walked all the way back to the auto dept only to find out they took my paperwork and key to the front. It would have been nice to know that. Horribly disorganized and poor customer service. Thank God for Sean who stepped up and was a huge help.

If you don't get there right as they open, be prepared to be there at least 2 hrs. And if you are wanting to get tires forget it. The mechanics walk around like they have all day. Guy had 1 car before me took him 45 mins to do that rotation then dissappeared for 22ins. I asked how much longer for my rotation and was told that I would be next in. Went to the bathroom came back to see the vehicle that came in after me has been pulled in for 4 new tire replacement. Asked again for time and why I was skipped , oh sorry mechanics pulled the wrong ticket, it will become another hr.
