There's a large sign at the road that says INSPECTIONS! after waiting for 15 mins in the waiting room I was told they don't do inspections! I would not waste my money or time!

Excel is the only place I take my truck which I rely on to drive 70+ miles per day. They helped me establish a regular maintenance plan that they keep updated and complete in a timely manner. Would not go back Inadequate work ..had Misfire and had them turn it up six months later I gotta the same problem 🤦🏼♂️... Have to retract and apologize for my comment ... Upon my conversation with Daniel About my car this young man is running a fine establishment and if I lived in Burgaw he would get all my business.. he called me after seeing my message and explain the situation with my vehicle and what he thought the problem was he was very helpful .. but I have since moved away from the area... Great service. I pulled up around closing, and needed my left front headlight check out. The owner saw the bulb was bad. He didn't have a bulb in stock for Honda element. He drove to the parts store and got one and came back to install the bulb. He could easily told me to return tomorrow. That is what you call great service. Thanks.

If you’re tired of piss poor mechanical services that have astronomical prices, long waits and staff with personalities resembling a wet rag then look no more! I highly recommend this place. Laid back professional atmosphere even down to the cute 4 legged employee Molly. I walked in with no appointment, had a diagnosis within 15 minutes. Unfortunately my diagnosis involved a needed engine repair, however the turn around was amazingly speedy. My car was all fixed and back by morning. Prices were extremely affordable( I even questioned my bill being too low). My experience was everything opposite of other car places I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Cant say enough positive things, I will absolutely recommend to all my friends, family and customers. No one in town or surrounding areas can touch this level of customer service, professionalism, and mechanical speed with accuracy ...prove me wrong💁🏼♀️
