Worst haircut I've had in years. I told the lady what I wanted, same thing I always get but she just went ahead and buzzed whole head. I had decent length and can't believe she would think that's what I would want.

I didn't like the haircut BUT I don't think that was entirely the hairstylist's fault. She seemed a little stressed. I'd advise that the day after a holiday you schedule more than one stylist to work. The mood of the employee affects a haircut and I don't think it's her fault.

She took my mask off bc "it makes it hard to cut the hairs by your ears" she didn't wear hers over her nose. I asked for an inch off, she cut at least 3 and I ended up with this. Wish I'd asked for a refund while there!

Cost cutter is by far the best salon to go to if you want a hair cut or a color and style. this place is very clean , very friendly, and very amazing prices. Thank you Stephanie from cost cutters and the team for maken this a amazing experience for me during this pandemic. Best clean place ever.

Came in for a haircut and wanted my hair thinned out. They cut it and thinned it out some, but because she was almost going to get off work she asked me to come back Tuesday before 4 to finish the haircut. They close at 6 I was here at 3:45. I work 8-5, I cannot come back Tuesday before 4 to finish my haircut. I paid an additional 20 to get it straightened, she put no heat protectant in my hair prior to using a 450 degree tool on me. So unprofessional. Do not come here.
