I absolutely love the buy one get one for a penny deal that they regularly have. I never use one store for all my shopping. While they do have good deals they are way over priced on somethings.

I didn't know this was a grocery store until today. I kept thinking it was a book store or something til my friend bought me here. Very nice deli, cute plant section when you walk in. They make some very cute cakes and have a very nice and fresh produce section. The fresh meat and seafood section is small but they have a great selection of crab legs shrimp and steaks. They even have a blood pressure machine to check you vitals for free. I will definitely return to this store in the near future.

I only shop here for Instacart but the selection is decent for the area. The phone signal is trash while in store. There is no basket return so be ready to walk it all the way back or risk dinging someone's car or getting yours damaged because of that. The cashier's always try to make you go a regular register when I prefer self checkout. I always have to grab a few extra bags and re-bag things sensibly in the parking lot 🙄 so I figure let me just do it anyway.

Today I was asked several times about my using the self checkout. The checkout (manned) was busy, but self checkout had 3 Brookshires people at the self scanners standing watching. Obviously customer satisfaction has taken a backseat to technology. Bye Brookshires.

Great store and friendly associates, but their Curbside Grocery Pickup needs help. Order was supposed to be ready at 4, they bumped it to 5. I showed up at 5:37 and called to let them know I was there. At 5:55 while taking groceries to someone else I was told my order wasn't ready. At 6:21 I get a text saying some items are not available and if I wanted substations. I told them no and that I needed to get home. At 6:25 they gave a total ($119.99), and asked if they could process payment. I said yes. At 6:34, I'm still waiting In my car for my groceries.

Staff is always friendly with plenty of open lines for checkout and they still follow you to the car to help load the groceries and return the cart for you. Their pickup ordering service has always been great and just a few minutes for delivery when you arrive, compared to other stores in the area that can make you wait in your car 45-60 mins.
