We had our phones transferred here and we ran into some issues, but the staff were really helpful and patient with us the entire time. Shout out to Adriana for all of the help, as well as the rest of the staff. Helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!!

The store had no models out to look At. The guy only gave me like 2 adoptions to pick from. It would of been nice to browse different models before I made my choice. The store had no phone cases for my model phone and I had to go to a second store to buy one.

Arrived Wednesday at 2:00. Doors were locked and a sign on the door saying, “Be back at 3:00”. There was approximately 6 people inside, but none wore any type of AT&T clothing. They all saw my son and I standing there but didn’t acknowledge us. We decided to kill an hour by walking down Main Street. We came back at 3:10 but the doors were still locked. Once again, the people inside saw us but were not going to acknowledge us. A UPS delivery driver brought a package to the door but couldn’t get in because it was locked. A woman opened the door and took the package. She was going to close the door when I asked her what was going on. She spoke broken English but I understood she was a customer. After talking with her for a few minutes a young man in a yellow hoodie came to the door to close it. I asked him if he worked there, he replied yes. I asked what the process was, and he said he was busy and was going on break after he finished up with the customer. I pointed to the sign and said we’ve been waiting for an hour. He didn’t care, said he was supposed to have taken a break a while ago and would answer a quick question if that’s what I wanted. I told him we were there to add my son to our plan. He just shrugged and said sorry. I’m leaving a bunch out, but basically awful customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Friendly workers, every new phone you can think of, smart watches, phone plans, etc. They always take care of me.

Was here yesterday and the store manager helped us out.. she was very friendly and helpful.. she went above and beyond to help us out !! Also we all had a great conversation with her, she has a wonderful personality !!! Highly recommend this AT&T branch !!!!

My wife and I moved our phones to AT&T and, at first, things were not going well. AT&T could not port our phone numbers and my phone could not get on the AT&T network. Linda Vaughan at this store was AMAZING. She probably sat on the phone with AT&T staff for almost 4 hours to fix the problem. She's the only reason my wife and I are still AT&T customers as we were about to give up before she started helping us.

I have a very old phone and was finally upgrading it. It seems that my SIM card was a little bit bigger then my new phones slot so the employee here took the time to help me with all the transferring that had to be done. I'm trying to convince my husband to join my account and leave his old service behind.

New manager Nelson was awesome! Wasn’t going to come back to this store after my previous experience, but took my chances anyway and wow was I impressed the second time going in! Will definitely be returning as long as he’s apart of this company! Thanks again!
