I had a great experience at this location when I was visiting Nola (pre-covid) I was just browsing the store to see if it differs much from ours in Chicago. I was greeted & asked if I needed any help while shopping by Adam. He was super friendly and not overbearing like some sales associates can be especially in RH. We got talking and I told him I was from Chicago visiting Nola and he also gave me great insight on the city and were to venture too. It's nice to know the employees here aren't all & only about making a sale; they are just generally friendly. All in all a good experience for me!

I love this place!! Everything was very clean and the staff was masked and taking appropriate Covid-19 measures, which made me feel very comfortable. Customer service was perfect- friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be back, thank you!!

Very nice store and the sales associates were very helpful. We found the perfect sofa that we will be ordering in a couple months. I can’t remember the lady’s name right now but it may have been Christine or Christie? Very helpful and let us know all options available.

I bought the best sofa and coffee table in the world here, and the customer service used to be great. However, I think this store must be on life support now. Disinterested staff...and who could buy a rug? There are no samples..My daughter lives in Houston and has purchased a lot of RH from the store there. It’s a very different experience to walk into the Houston store.

The merchandise they have here is exquisite but extremely pricey. I would say very overpriced. The staff is snooty and not very helpful. I accidentally knocked over some oil and I offered to pay for it but they were just like so indignant you would think it would be the blood of their children or something. I highly recommend not going to the store the service sucks. Order online. Then you wouldn't have to deal with a snoots that give no service nor their horrible that's all I can say.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a $3,500 dining room extention table in May of 2018. The table was delivered several weeks later but one of the extensions was broken. I was sent a replacement leaf but it was the wrong color. I was told by customer service that it would be May of 2019, an entire year, before they could ship me a replacement part. To top it off, I purchased the table under the impression it was reclaimed wood but the replacement leaf was MADE IN CHINA! RH style is nice but furniture is all made in China these days and lacks quality. You would be better off and save money having a local carpenter make the furniture.

Totally void of customer service! Three workers, no other customers besides my husband and I and not a single one of them acknowledged our presence. One walked right past us to disappear into the back room and the other two were glued to their computer screens and never looked up. The experience was the same three of the last four times we've visited. No intention of ever going back. Ever.

I wanted to buy two chairs. The prices of the chairs were fair, but the shipping was outrageous, as much as the cost of the chairs. They wont allow you to take them home yourself. They also only have very neutral colors for a selection. Fifty shades of grey (no pun intended) a few beige and 2 or 3 blues. No wonder you see more help than customers in this store.

Worst $12,000.00 I ever spent!!! Very uncomfortable for the price and the standard, I expected so much more from RH. The cushions go flat REAL quick, you literally have to unhook the pillows to fluff them up several times a day, so beware that if you order more feathers (Standard size) it will cost you thousands more. Very disappointed. The fabric and color are lovely, but the stitching is straight out of China. I've been getting Restoration catalogs for some time and I thought I was buying furniture made in the U.S. So be advised this is not the most comfortable sofa in the world...
