Extremely kind and helpful guy, quick with my shipping needs. Parking right outside in ktown. Definitely coming back to drop off and package small items. Edit: the street entrance is right off of Hobart, no using any special entrance or anything. Couldn’t be cleaner or easier and he strikes me as a conscientious owner.

You have to use the side door in the actual parking lot to get inside now. But once in there the guy was helpful. It took a few minutes to get my package ready but it was going international. But it was a fine experience and I have no complaints. Only that's it is going to take a good amount of time and add a few days more on that to arrive, but I don't think that's not his fault.

Why don't you advertise if a package weight is over 20 lbs they wont go up some stairs. Now im stuck waiting god knows how long till i can get a refund for my 1800 dollar office chair. You guy's won't deliver it and herman miller won't refund me until they get their product back. An item you refuse to deliver. All i got was an im sorry and we'll write a report. How will that help?

I had to ship a 34in by 19"? framed painting (cardboard boxed) cross country, and though I made it very well packaged (15 lbs), pricing seemed fair at $63. Anything to east coast from CA costs a small fortune. Rush was going to be double. My piece arrived intact, unharmed. I would return to these guys. Meter parking nearby, pretty easy.
