Went three times staff couldnt help me and does not have good knowledge of machines. Was extremely disappointed because its a simple task and the workers seemed like they just do the bare minimum and want to get paid. The lady with the glasses and nose ring at the front laughed when she couldnt help me. I was very sad to see my beloved printing company in such disarray. Will never go back

I was in the middle printing needed documents when the rude manager came up to me and said I need to finish my session immediately and leave because they have closed, even though I was there already. Didn’t print what I needed and had to spent money on their session for nothing. First time ever this kind of attitude towards me in this location but beware the manager is really rude.

Update: As you can see below, I used to really like this location. However, the last few times, they've just been standing around talking, totally ignoring me. Once they finally help, they have to take five minutes to log into their computer and act annoyed I've never felt inclined to review a shipping store but they're so nice here. Everyone is pleasant, they go above and beyond to help, and seem to take pride in their work. If only Amazon did returns through FedEx.

Nathan and Alicia provided excellent customer service. I wasn’t expecting the service to be so great from previous experiences at other shipping centers. They were so friendly, helpful, kind, and really helped me understand the process of when everything will be shipped and about the day it’ll arrive. I wish I could bring these employees with me to my new local FedEx office in Seattle where I’m moving.

I had to leave a review when I saw this store only had a 3.3 overall rating. I've had nothing but good experiences at this FedEx branch. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. I purposely always go here for shipping and printing needs for all of these reasons. I think I even got passport photos taken here years ago, but that might of been in its Kinko days.

This is the best Fed Ex store! I called ahead as I have 7 big boxes and didn't know the exact weight or size. They told me to just bring them in with the labels and they will adjust after they are measured. Super helpful and very friendly staff. Shout out to Michael the Assistant Manager. Definitely will be back and I can see this being my fav Fed Ex location.

This is literally one of the worst FedEx's in LA. Everytime I go here to simply drop off a package and get a receipt, it takes twenty minutes. Doesn't matter if there is only one person in line, it will literally take close to half an hour just to drop something off and get a receipt. It's insane how slow the team here works. Literally have never experienced that in any other ups or FedEx location. I recommend going to any other FedEx location

I went in the store yesterday afternoon to mail some packages. The store was busy and there was a line for FedEx. I waited my turn and when a window opened, a 30 something tall tattooed Ahole rushed past me and to the counter. I was in total disbelief, then I heard a voice saying "miss i can help you here". A wonderful gentleman named Michael came to the rescue. He was very helpful, respectful, and kind. He turned a negative experience into a positive one by his alertness and kindness. I wish all employees everywhere were like him. He deserves a raise and promotion.
