Clerk was not concerned at all that my package was missing from their store. Had to open up a missing package investigation. Clerk never told me my package was picked up earlier in the day. Clearly an inside job by an employee there, the driver or both. My package should have been left at my door step like every other package. Someone clearly knew what was in the package and wanted it.

Usually helpful, however, they started charging $1.50 for “tape” when your box that was delivered to you from Amazon wasn’t taped all the way shut.

I have been a customer at this location nearly as long as they have been open for business. All their staff have always greeted me with a smile and the best service!

The first time I attempted to go here, the guy working had closed the store a couple of minutes early and said there was nothing he could do because he had already shut off the computers (turned away about 4 sets people before the actual closing time). The few other times I've been the staff has generally not been welcoming and they all seem to hate their lives, though once someone actually greeted me... The parking here is also horrendous. The lot has a lot of confusing signs requiring you to go in circles trying to leave (e.g. no exit or entrance/one way for no apparent reason). Fortunately it's free, but be careful because the spots are small and people seem to pop up out of nowhere. The only reason this doesn't get 1 star is because they haven't lost a package yet and it's usually fairly quick to get in and out.

Great customer service! John was super helpful on the phone to help me send a large order out. I had tons of questions and he figured out an even more cost efficient way to ship my packages.

I brought in a package with a prepaid label on my phone. In the past they’ve scanned it from my phone, printed out a label, and then sent me on my way. Last time I went they refused and said they can only scan QR codes. They forced me to rent out their desktop to print out the label (which was on printer paper, not even a sticker so they had to scan it just like they could’ve with my phone) which they then scanned. Again, they’ve done this for me in the past at this location and at FedEx and USPS this has never been a problem. On a side note, lately when I’m waiting to receive packages from UPS they never arrive when estimated and often are passed on to USPS for final delivery. I ship out a lot of electronics and order parts on a regular basis for my repair business so I usually go with the cheapest shipping rate I can find. I’m not doing that anymore; spend the extra money and use FedEx or USPS.

I agree with other posts that the staff is friendly and they probably do fine with your mailing needs-- which is why I am giving 2 stars. I found the manager though bafflingly incompetent. Here is the crux, when you open a P.O. Box, you are supposed to also get keys to the store front, essentially giving you 24 hr access. Convenient right? Not when NO ONE who works there knows where your copy of the key is and when you might get it. It was like a game of hot potato. I came in a total of 6 times and talked to a total of 6 people-- the last one being the manager. So I was relieved to finally meet him thinking I would get my key, especially since I was called by his asst. saying that my key was ready. Instead, the manager said he knows nothing about it and that he had to talk to the original clerk who opened my account. But that clerk told me on my second (out of 6) visit that he was coordinating with the manager. To be clear-- every conversation I have had with each person that works there, from the storefront clerks all the way up the chain to the manager does not know where my key is. If the manager does not have the authority to MANAGE something as crucial as the keys to the storefront door, then who does? How is this a good system? And how is a customer not expected to get upset? I got upset and I'm not proud of that. Good thing though that manager had no problem yelling back at me, cutting me off (even when I was trying to apologize), and, later, hanging up on me when I tried to find a resolution.
