Had a fantastic experience at this Fed Ex location. They didn’t use QR codes (which is how I planned to print my label) but Jonathan was the man and was super helpful in finding another solution. Can’t comment on the shipment yet as I just dropped it off, but it was such a positive front end experience that I had to write a review.

I am rating FedEx as one of the worst delivery and as the worst company to give information about your package. I sent a document overseas, FedEx says they delivered it but no one was at the office, which is strange. So they sent the document to FedEx France, and FedEx France destroyed the package after one week of delivery, according to them. I have my phone number, my address on the document, they did not even send it back to me, no they had to destroy it, which does not make any sense, what I know, you send a letter and if it is not delivered it is sent back to sender. Never again will I send anything with FedEx.

The ladies working at this print center were so kind and efficient and helped me with a designed print job that had been improperly formatted. They checked it, printed cut and reformatted to make it right!

Terrible experience. Have to use pay parking and get validation. Walk 300 yards only to be told there was a $15 handling fee since they were in a hotel. I went to the one in El Segundo instead. Any alternative is better than this.

Bad location if you're not a hotel guest. Why do I need valet parking service just to drop off packages?

This place is awful. FedEx in general. Forced me to buy a new box because mine was "a little soft" even though is was perfectly packed. Then charged $11 for the box and $20 as a "handling fee" because it's over 20lbs...Not to mention I had to haul the box through the entire Marriot lobby and ask 3 different people where to go

If you have never encountered a rude person, low temperament and worst customer service, visit this location and meet LIZ . Its was Nov 4th @9.30 when I drove to fax important doc to my lawyer. I logged on the computer, printed out and hopping to fax. There was problem with the fax machine and how I know it? I called the lawyer office and provided me with two extra fax numbers and yet non will go through. I called liz to check if something is wrong while she was attached to the computer screen. She didnt noticed all the 30 minutes I was logged in the computer and printed my paperwork. " she said its ok nothing is wrong with the fax" please come over and help me send out. " just dial 1 first and then numbers" well I know that much but could you atleast come and see? "She said no I am helping another customer online" I dont believe FedEx have online service beside phone or phisical assistance specially this tinny particular office. Anyway LIZ did not take one footstep toward me to assist me beside dial 1 and then numbers. I left and met vallet guys outside and told the incident and how badly I needed to fax this doc. They felt sorry and took me downstairs to their office and sent it for me in 20 second. I noticed LIZ brought her problems from home to work.

I called before I went and the woman who pick up the phone was so rude! Even after I got there, she yelled at me for not opening the door right wasn't helpfull nor did she greet me and while I was waiting for help she was on the phone talking about the latest Jordans bad service, bad employee and horrible location!!
