My family and I grabbed a quick bite to eat here before settling in from our long drive to Kemah. I don’t quite remember the young lady’s name, but she has long brown hair in a ponytail and some pretty lashes lol. She gave the best customer service I think I’ve had in my life. She was kind and attentive making sure we were satisfied our entire time there. I rarely write reviews , but she deserves a raise. Thanks for a wonderful experience and great food!

There was apparently only one employee there that day that was on the clock. Jerry took our order, brought our food, took our dishes, and gave us change when we paid our bill. Service was a little slow, but that's to be expected when one guy is doing it all. I'm not certain Jerr Bear didn't cook the food too. He was really calm and kind as well. This man needs a raise. #justiceforjerry

I took my family out for breakfast As soon as you walk in this place it felt very warm, after 10 mins it was the same,, AC probably need to be checked ( or unless management controls it elsewhere, they need to drop the temp!!) They took our order and it took forever to get to our table. ( 2 table close to us received their food b4 us and they arrived 10 mins after we did) Dropped Food $100 on food was and it was bland,tasteless. I've been to other IHOPS, but Clear Lake Shores needs help.

The manager here at the clear lake shores ihop went way out of her way to make an awesome banana split that was not even on the menu for me. This totally made my night and it was delicious. I wish there were more people like this around these days. Thanks again IHOP!

The wait was a bit long but worth it. The waitress was kind and respectful when we got there. I ordered the chocolate chocolate chip pancake combo! It was delicious, so pair it with a hot chocolate. I would likely come back this this IHOP!

Very delicious and always made to order, the staff are very courteous and friendly, and the restaurant is well kept and clean. Quesadillas were taken off the menu but they customized the southwest chicken burrito for me to make it into a quesadilla which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend the very professional staff and good food here!

Scrumptious, perfectly basted eggs. Hash browns were just right, soft and crispy. Was pleased they had the French vanilla creamer. Rachael was my waitress today and I commend her for being patient with me, quick with my order and impeccable service! Kudos girl! You rock!
