What a joke HD has become. It is a sad place and I will not return. 3 weeks ago, I contacted them about a grill thermometer that had the worst reviews and I found out only after I bought one. No feedback from them. No offer to replace it. The problem is, HD takes advantage of the uneducated buyers. As I left today, I watched as 2 employees put a deep freeze on its back in a customer's SUV & told them....It will be ok to plug in after an hour. What.....? No it will not. The oil will be out of the compressor and the manufacturer's ligature will tell to wait 24 hours. It may start in an hour, but would you start your car and then put the oil in it???? No! HD, does not really care. Next post is the joke #brass fittings. Not brass and it is from CHINA! NOPE

The worst store ever! They deliver their appliances for almost a month. The appliance I ordered had damage and they rescheduled again for the delivery. After 6 days they called me early in the morning at 7:30 am for the delivery at the time I was sleeping I didn’t pick up the phone. Then they said another schedule for my order. Who the hell delivering appliances at that time? Usually at 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. They have so many excuses. The appliance I ordered for sure still in the truck, why the manager didn’t do anything about it? The manager at this store has no authorization to rectify the situation, this is too bad. Now, I cancelled my order and went to Lowe’s store I got my washer and dryer the next day.

Renee was very helpful at check out. We also needed an electrical tool and it was locked up but got help immediately. Very impressive service, considering most the times no one is around to help.

zero stars if I could. Ordered a new washer and dryer. They were delivered as schedule but they damaged the dyer during install. Had to wait three days for a Samsung tech to come out. He comes out and states the same, unit needed to be replaced with a new one. Called HD in Clear Lake Shores where the order was placed and was told it would be delivered two days later between 12:30-4:30pm. I call at 3pm for a status and find out someone dropped the ball and the unit never made it on the truck. No one even called to state they wouldn't be out today. Been on the phone for over an hour with no one able to assist in getting this unit replaced. Been on 5 different phones calls and not one person can tell me when I will get a new unit. They just tell me I have to wait for the delivery company to call me and let me know when Samsung puts it on the truck. Even disconnected once by them. Very frustrating. Will never order an appliance from Home Depot again.

Sergio in the paint department helped us with all of our painting needs. My mom and I was looking to epoxy her floor and had no clue what we was looking for. Sergio was very polite and professional and helped us through the process. You have found a winner here home depot, he deserves a raise!

The Clear Lake Shores Home Depot did a great job putting together an outdoor table and chairs at no additional cost. Then an employee load all 4 chairs and table into my truck. Outstanding job. Wish I got his name.

I want to thank Cara so much for helping me resolve a huge mistake. my worker was charged for 16 12 packs of door trim but really only got 16 pieces, it was a 2000.00 dollar price difference, I almost had a heart attack, but she was so helpful and responsive she quickly contacted loss prevention and was able to confirm that there had been a mistake made and she was able to refund my card only a couple days later. Thanks so much Cara 🙏

We were trying to get this door was $296 brown nice glass but when I get to the register they say it’s $600-$700 I was like what so I explain to them that’s where the door was and that’s the price it had (stocked in the wrong place) their excuse was a customer must have moved it that there was only a white door that is $296 which clearly was not the case as you can see in the picture I took before taking the door to the register so I left bought nothing $0 because they didn’t want to work with me took forever to check the pricing they are old and not happy they’re working so I left to Lowe’s and found a white door looked beautiful the door also was stacked in the wrong place too so I got an employee before I touched the door so they could see it the price it’s under and validate it the cost was about $500 they but gave me a discount 10% because it was stocked in the wrong place I got the door for less than $400 there were maybe about 5 doors in the wrong place for the wrong price but hey they worked with me and understood it was the stalkers fault and misplaced it so at the end of the day Home Depot is willing to loose customers and money 💰 also the employees are not too happy to work there

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by two employees who offered to help me find what I was looking for. Then another helpful employee helped me find another location that had the part in stock. I never had to ask for help. I declined help a few times because everyone was helpful and looking for customers in need of help. Best experience at a hardware store that I’ve had in a long time.
