Big store with some interesting items. Problem wjen shopping store does not seem to be tagged with price well enough. We have counted this problem several times now.

I usually only go to the Big lots in Clifton (because im closer to this location) but I've been to this Big lots twice and each time I've gone (possibly 7 months ago) the cashier has been very friendly and super informative, she even helped me look through my email to see if I had any coupons available, which I was able to save $10 on my purchase. This may not seem like alot but during a time like this where gas isn't cheap, this helps. If I didn't live so far from this Big lots I would shop at this location all the time.

I had purchased a couch and bed from Big Lots on Jan. 8th, 2022. I was informed by Ron that the furniture would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I followed up with the store in 4 weeks since I was moving within the next few days- I spoke with a representative named Vicky, who was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping anyone. She have me short answers, and then decided to tell me "If you looked around the store, you would have seen there are signs all over saying our delivery time is 10-12 weeks". I decided to go into the store to speak with someone else- and there were no signs anywhere. I ended speaking with Vicky again and Jose in the store and once again was treated with disrespect. I am aware there is a shortage and delay- I am just trying to plan my move since they require you to use a outside company to deliver the furniture. I called back numerous times and cannot get connected to anyone. The staff is rude and do not follow up. Very disappointed because they have great furniture, I will not be ordering anything from Big Lots again.

So many great items. Wish they had more Ed by Ellen DeGeneres. Her stuff is wonderful. I bought wonderful stocking stuffers for 32 stockings. At a great cost. Love this store been ordering online from them tons of items.

The place is great. Its clean organized staff was visible all over the store. My only issue is there are no prices on most.of the items and no scanner to look up the prices. Nice place nice location but let's get that fixed please.
