Best furniture store in Paramus, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I had purchased a couch and bed from Big Lots on Jan. 8th, 2022. I was informed by Ron that the furniture would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I followed up with the store in 4 weeks since I was moving within the next few days- I spoke with a representative named Vicky, who was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping anyone. She have me short answers, and then decided to tell me "If you looked around the store, you would have seen there are signs all over saying our delivery time is 10-12 weeks". I decided to go into the store to speak with someone else- and there were no signs anywhere. I ended speaking with Vicky again and Jose in the store and once again was treated with disrespect. I am aware there is a shortage and delay- I am just trying to plan my move since they require you to use a outside company to deliver the furniture. I called back numerous times and cannot get connected to anyone. The staff is rude and do not follow up. Very disappointed because they have great furniture, I will not be ordering anything from Big Lots again. ~Gina
