Not great help from employees, especially when you don't want the item they try to sell you. Not a great selection of mid-century modern in leather, suede or faux leather. Some home knick knacks, but 4 me that was it. K

Had a great experience with mike. He was very helpful but gave us time and space to decide! Delivery is backed up though so we can’t get our pieces delivered for weeks.

Ordered a 5 shelf book case about a month or so ago. The bookcase finally arrived, I picked up at the warehouse and went to assemble only to find out apparently 4 out of the 5 shelves were packed inside. I now have to deal with a spereate customer care/satisfaction team to hopefully get the 5th shelf. We will not be buying from here again.

Went in looking for a couch, and left ordering 2 couches, a loft bed and returned to buy a mattress inside the store as well. Gina was amazing! Very kind, and helped us get a good deal on our furniture. She hand wrote a Thank You note to me and I received it today. SO SWEET! Entering the store, everyone was very personable. The delivery guys were also amazing, and very kind. Will definitely return for future furniture needs.

Went to Home World in search of a recliner. Salesman helped me find the perfect chair for me. He took the time to show me different chairs at varying prices. He never pushed me to buy a specific chair. He even searched for chairs in stock so I would have it by Christmas. Great experience!!!

I worked with two people. Dayna helped pick out a new bed and was very helpful. Russ I had worked with before and is the reason I returned to the store. She helped me choose a new couch and rocking swivel chair. It was a fantastic experience.

I bought the renew coffee table and 85” media console 4/28 and was told both items will be ready for delivery approx. end of May or first week of June. it is now August and I only received the coffee table end of July. I’m still waiting for the media console. After I purchased everything and paid in full I received NO communication from anyone. It felt like they took my money and closed the case. I had to make multiple calls to figure out where things are. I patiently waited until the end of July to make first contact. Since then I’ve called more than 3 times. I would be 100% okay with the wait time if they would have managed my expectations better and gave me a realistic timeline. If you tell me May/June then I expect it. I’m much more satisfied with my affordable and prompt experience at Valyou furniture in Kapolei where I received my beautiful sectional in one week later.
