I loved coming shopping at my new local Walmart and the fantastic customers really put a cherry on my experience. They really have explained why this Walmart is in the heart of “Palm-ghetto”. Thank you for putting your cart against my car instead of returning it 10 ft away to the cart return, cussing out my wife because she made a comment about it, and flipping me off. I am just so thankful to be living in our new community. Truly living up to that palm-ghetto name. Welcome to your local Walmart.

They need to greatly improve their propane tank exchange process. You have to pay for the exchange at the Service Desk. Then they call an employee over the PA System for a propane tank exchange. You then go outside to the side of the building where the tanks are and wait for someone to show up and change your empty tank. Well, you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. I waited 30 minutes, had called the Service Desk multiple times from my cell phone to say no one has showed up yet. Finally, a responsible man that works for Walmart was showing up for his shift and noticed we were waiting by the propane tanks and asked if we needed help. So I was FINALLY able to get what I paid for and leave. I won’t go back there for a propane tank exchange again, I’ll just pay the extra $5 at our closest gas station next time.

This store is testing how frustrated they can make their customers before they shop elsewhere. Between the absolute disarray in the men's jean department that made searching for a new couple of pairs futile, and being forced to use robots that require 3 trys to check out, I'm completely willing to pay more to have a pleasant shopping experience at a competitors store.

Don’t waste your money on Walmart plus! I had a scheduled food delivery between 4-5pm from the Palmetto Florida Walmart. I received a message it was a delay. I’m thinking may an hour or two. No, it’s the next day 10:46 and still nothing and no one will answer the phone. This is unacceptable. No one called or sent another message.

Messy real discussed about the customers the way they dress. Saw one lady with no shoes shopping. And another big lady with a pj top on and underwear showing. Very DISGUSTING! I HATE THAT STORE. Bathrooms are 😝 gross. Get on the employees to step it up. Way too many employees standing around talking to each other. U need a baby sitter .

Walmart stores are a great service to all the people around the neighborhood. Most of them are open for extended hours what helps a lot to many. They sell all household items and also grocery at a great prices. They provide jobs to locals, I see so many working there with smiling faces. I feel happy that we have a place like Walmart.

Worst Wal Mart I have witnessed, nationwide. After 8 years I will not come back again. They don't restock many items throughout the day. Many things are indicated as being in stock online but sold out after all. This is not a one stop shop, you always have to go to other stores to find what you need. Both parking lot and store look like a landfill at times. The produce section is a nightmare. I'm done for good.

nice cashiers, well stocked, cleaned often. bathrooms aren't too bad, the one in the back of the store is incredible and far updated compared to the front one. subway inside is amazing, good businesses inside Walmart. unfortunately the money service ATM is down quite often, but luckily I bank with Axiom so I can do my deposits right there!

Great walmart. Don't like there being freight and pallets on the floor during business hours, kinda feels claustrophobic in there somtimes. Great deals in liquor store somtimes.

After mistakenly purchasing the wrong marine batteries and loosing my receipt I assumed I would not have a chance in returning them. I was pleasantly surprised that customer service said they could look up my transaction. I then had trouble providing which account I used but they were persistent and found the transaction. I then made the trip to automotive and again, even with some issues, the assistant was able to provide the credit. I am so thankful for the customer service I was provided even though it was my fault in the first place. All customer service here in Palmetto deserve 5+ stars. A great job putting the customer first. Thanks to all involved!
