At this location waiting until they open at 8am and told by the employees inside not till 8am. Then 5 minutes later a guy walks in does his paperwork at hey pull his car in and shut the door. I thought they had a principal work ethic and standard as stated on the walls guess not won’t go back. Don’t recommend this location.

I can't say enough good things about this location. I worked with a couple different associates and all of them had the same fantastic attitude and ethic. They were honest and transparent. They under promised and over delivered for me. They told me that it might be about 90 minutes for them to put new tires on my car and they had me out of there in under an hour. I also feel that I got fair pricing for a good product. They definitely have a repeat customer!

I bought a 2005 Toyota Matrix and had been driving it around for months when I wondered what kind of condition the brakes and rotors were in. There was a grinding screech kind of noise whenever I'd press the brakes. So, I went and got my brakes and rotors checked at Les Schwab. The employees were respectful and knowledgeable. After my car was done being checked out, they told me the grinding noise is just a bit of dirt or sand, or something grinding up against the brakes, that it was nothing to worry about. They told me my brakes and rotors were in very good condition and looked like they hadn't been used that much yet. The employees were completely honest about my car and the check up was free of charge! They did not try to sneak any un-needed repairs in or anything like that, these guys are great! Your vehicle is in good hands with this Les Schwab location!

My appointment was at 8am and I had to wait a whole hr for them to start on my car plus the hr they said I had to wait. If you have a appointment don’t tell the customer to wait a hr if there going to be waiting two hrs.

Been going to this location for a few years now. They can be a little pricey but you are literally getting top notch service, the best out there. I’ve come in for tire patching (which was free), tire installs, UCA installs, oil changes, break checks, you name it. It’s not a full-fledged mechanic shop but you can get most of your basic needs met here and the staff is awesome, honest, and super friendly.

Awesome place for tire repairs. First time to be here and ‘twas a big surprise to me that after checking all my tires and fixing one that has a big screw I was charged nothing. I like the ambiance of the place and comfortable to wait even if you have a kid with you

Man oh man do I got the review for you. To my surprise this is my third time at any Les Schwab, first time at this location dealt with Rob... Man this is a great guy, awesome customer service, friendly and clean environment. Any questions or concerns always got handled. I have to admit I was very exact on what I wanted my wife's Accent to look like after the 2" Lift and 18" wheels and awesome a/t 3 peak ❄️ tires. Sure enough he read my mind knocked it out the ball park had some minor issues with the 2in lift but they handled that next morning!!! I'd give you guys a more than a 10 out of 10 but that defeats the out of 10 purpose being the best lol, excellent job you guys my wife is happy with her daily! 😄👌
