The Older Caucasian Checkout women are always confrontational and try to ignite conflict. Avoid them if you don't want your day ruined. This has happened on numerous occasions different times of the day or night it never fails, Makes sense why they always have the shortest lines.

I love this specific Stater Bros because it is always fully stocked. I have never gone into this place empty handed. It is also very clean, and the staff does a very good job of providing help of you need it. All Stater Bros are similar in their service, but there is something special about this one.

This will definitely be my last trip to this location. Only reason I came because they offer Sushi. But the checker by the name of Ashley T made my checkout really pathetic and lacked a whole lot of customer service. It was more annoying that her concern the whole time was gossiping with her fellow colleague on the checkstand behind her as she was scanning my items. This girl struggled to even pick half of my items with her ugly long scissor hands fingernails. Quite amusing,honestly. So I'll give everyone a heads up. Please be aware of the tacky checkers at this store, SOME not all... And be prepared to bag your own groceries too.

Excellent store excellent prices great food the bathrooms are clean the floors are clean and I love the seafood area however the cashier on 2 her name is donna B she accused me of stealing today I really didn't expect that while I was shopping I kept my cools but I didn't appreciate being accused of stealing this drink I am very disappointed but I am still happy to shop at a great store Stater Bros is the best

I have always had friendly helpful employees at this store. With that said our visit on 3/23/22, I didn't receive the same service in the deli section. I wanted a bag of your delicious tortilla chips. When I asked if they had more in the back? I was told they didn't have enough employees to fry the chips. The not enough employees is getting to be the standard answer when something isn't done in the store. There were 5 people working in this section at the time. The store wasn't busy either. I hope in the future you will be hiring more employees.

I went there around 7:50pm hoping to pick up a few things from the deli. Upon arrival, I noticed 2 associates cleaning the slicers. A young man made eye contact with me but instead of a greeting or acknowledgement, he signaled for his co-worker to greet me & to assist me instead. After placing my order with the young lady, I told her I would come back to pick up the order since she was waiting to use the only slicer available. To my disappointment, she informed me that the “Cheese Section” was closed. I asked her if this was because they had cleaned the slicers & they “closed” out of their convenience. Apparently that was the case. I’m at a loss for words. I looked around for a manager but was not able to identify one. While I support young adults for being out in the workforce, I am concerned that their ability to deliver satisfactory customer service, at the very least, is in need of training.

Went here Valentine's day weekend to purchase some flowers. Surprised they had a great price. Some staff members were very helpful and friendly but others seemed like they just wanted to go home. All things considered, Will definitely come back again.

I was searching for valentine's gifts and flowers but as you may know prices are high on those items especially if you are in a hurry. I wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers that was nice but on the budget (mine was $50-100 dollars), I stopped to my neighborhood Ralph's and oh boy a small bouquet with a small cristal vase was almost $60 dollars, so I was looking around and I was saved by stater bros. I bought 3 big bouquets for almost $130.

It's a decent store with a good variety of choices, full service deli bakery and meat departments, shelves were a little empty, though. The employees there leave a lot to be desired. They could do much better.
