Great experience, Danielle was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was very specific about what I was looking for and she narrowed down the options quickly. My fiancé and I were looking for a mattress for the guest bedroom and didn’t want to spend a lot on it since it’s for the guest bedroom and won’t be used very often, the associate knew where to take us within the store and he was within our budget and the good news is it was in stock. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the products.

Delivery terms and windows were not explained very well. I said I work and would need a window in the evening hours. The sales rep. Said you will be contacted and we deliver up to late in the evening. So today I reached out, to see what my window in the evening was. They said we schedule it you don’t have any options to choose from. 😡

The store is very nice and appealing. Todd was trying to work miracles being the only one staffing the store on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and helpful while trying to keep at least four serious shoppers happy at once. Several of us left and said we would think about it mostly because he really could not spend the time to close the deal. Yet, he remained very calm and served each of us as best he could. I went back the following day and made the purchase after considering the very helpful information Todd supplied us with.
