Under stocked. Have removed fine jewelry. Shephora has taken over the middle of the store. Lost longtime management and employees. Won't be long this store will be history.

Meh. I didn't really see anything that I wanted. People were waiting outside the door. They are building a Sephora up in there. I looked hard to buy something just nothing appealed to me. Must be a off time will still go back to check and see what they have. I couldn't even find a hair Bob that appealed to me.

Expensive but has what I needed finally. Not many dressy clothes like they used too.had to drive further for dress gown. Very pretty sundresses. Need coupons.

The 2 women in the Return Dept. We're EXCELLENT .. Kiera and Samantha ... I Needed a Fishing Hat .. They brought me the Last 2 hats . I got the Large .. They were Quick , thorough and Sweet ... Way to Go KOHLS ... U HIRE EXCELLENT ppl ... ThankU ...

It's hard to just walk through this store without buying stuff. Even with a remodel going on it's well merchandised and clean as can be.

Just came from Kohl's May 16th 2022 with my returns to Amazon. And previously been to UPS and I really didn't know exactly what to do because I'm new to the returns. They didn't seem eager to help me, so I left and went to Kohl's and the young man there was very pleasant and helpful. It meant a lot to me. It's really nice to come across an employee like this one I wish I knew his name.

Nice well maintained store. Only real complaint is the two staff I overheard while trying on a couple shirts. Both complaining (loudly) about the dressing rooms, and how they wished they would just close them up again like they were during covid. I realize people can be absolute slobs. Trust me, I've seen and dealt with them. However, you are a clothing store. The dressing rooms are a part of that. If you want to complain about your jobs, that is fine. Just don't do it where the customers can hear.
