I just left and they are Horrible for identifying their ADA customers. I’m a disabled Veteran and they could care less that I was sitting at the desk as everyone else was helped out. Now I see why they have two stars. I got a good mind to close my account and go to Wells Fargo. As I told the Parrot teller who repeated everything I said, she could obviously care less.

The line didnt move for 15 minutes i was in line to cash a check for 25 minutes. They took 15 to get another person up front. Theyre so worried about calls that they dont realise youre wasting 6 PEOPLES TIME. WE ALL BEEN HERE 15 MINUTES BECAUSE YOU WONT ADD ONE MORE EMPLOYEE? CHEAP COMPANY, I DONT REPRESENT ANY COMPANY, BUT IM TIRED OF SLOW LAZY BUSINESSES!!!

About 9/10 times I go here, BOTH drive thru ATMs don’t work. What’s the point of having them if I can’t use them? And what’s the point of having machines that take tap to pay if that part doesn’t work either.

I am a 25+ year customer at Bank of America. This review is for this brach in Fontana. This is the second time they decline to cash a check, a perfectly good check. I have no proble at other BofA branches, just this one. They have horrible service. I cashed my check at a nother branch with no problem. They truly should look for ways to better service customers, not the other way arround.

Was in there today around 3pm they were under staffed alot of people were complaining about the long wait but they were only doing their jobs! David was a big help as well as another lady dont know her name but they were very helpfull and thanking us for being patient

I am writing this review due to a unprofessional and rude manager, I believe his name was Liu, who assisted my mother and I. My mother had some questions regarding her account and this manager didn’t even take us into a office to discuss my mother’s questions, instead he spoke very loudly, almost shouting at us, in front of other customers. It was uncomfortable to know that others were listening to our conversation and details about my mother’s account that should be confidential. He was almost shouting and lecturing me and wouldn’t let me translate to my mother who is of older age. He was very unprofessional with his answers and instead of giving us reassurance, he kept talking negative about the way my mom wanted to manage her account. I know part of his job is to give advice, but not to scold us. He was extremely unprofessional. My mother and I will be closing our accounts due to the way this manager treated us. We have been with BOFA for 10 plus years. I don’t wish to bank with a bank if this is the kind of managers they employ. On top of that, I noticed him walking around behind the counter where the tellers are at with no mask on. He should have his mask fully on, unless he is eating or drinking a beverage. Why is he putting others at risk. This was an extremely bad visit and I do hope BOFA addresses these issues with this manager.

Waiting in line for them to open at 9am. At 9am people started making this huge lines While the team of Bank of America passes by setting up and ut didn’t just crossed their mind to inform this people standing out side in the sun that they open until 10. As soon as someone started wondering it was 9:20 And asked one of the team members then everyone left upset about it .

I came to make a deposit, but I had a big inconvenience. Three men were just outside the front doors of the bank asking for money. Usually there's someone selling chocolate (which i don't mind). Their presence made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I made my deposit quickly inside the bank and rushed back to my car. I called the bank but no one answered. I saw a mother with her child going into the bank and they stopped her and asked her for money. I decided to stay in my car attentively watching to make sure they didn't force her to give them money or worse. Fortunately they didn't do anything stupid. I kept looking at them and made sure they noticed that I was there, after about 10 mins they finally decided to leave. The bank manager and employees should be aware of their surroundings making sure customers have a pleasant visit. The phone should be answered at all times specially during their business hours. I didn't feel comfortable enough to go back into the bank to speak with an associate about what happened. If I comeback to this bank I would rather use the drive thru.

I've Had my account for well over 10 years and have never had an issue, I rarely go into banking centers because of the ability to do most of my banking on my phone. This particular day there was an over the counter transaction made to my account, I realized not to long after the transaction was made that there was an issue. So I called The Banking center the transaction was made at and explained the issue I had. The Person On The phone who, turned out to be the banking center manager (Oscar C.) Immediately says "Let me transfer you to customer service". I said "the 1800 number?" He said "yes" .. I said " the transaction was made 15 mins ago at your center, customer service can't help me, you would have to" Right then I knew this person could care less about assisting me in any kind of way, he didn't bother to research anything before trying to pawn me off to a call center...the manner in which he spoke to me from then on was condescending and rude . I know how banking works and how customers should be treated. You don't dismiss someone before even attempting to help, it's a shame to be a loyal customer for years and get no respect from a "Leader" inside a banking center. The funny thing is that I've spoken to customer service numerous times over the years and every person has been helpful and pleasant.
