Excellent customer service...YEAH RIGHT! Maybe they racial profiled me or discriminated me for my clothes. I went to the Chase at 101 Foothill Ave to open an account. The lady I spoke to informed me they were booked which I understand but I asked if I could take a cancelation spot since all of the bankers were just sitting at their desk unoccupied she said no go to another branch which I did. Before I did called 6 times customer service number just got left on hold then I came to this chase same result waited till the line was gone a banker just approached me to tell me they don't do walk ins so what do they do then?? If you just gonna let a $9,000 dollar cash deposit walk out the door while you are unoccupied because how I was dressed or look you should of walked outside and seen the brand new Cadillac which is paid in full. But I guess after the covid shots everyone forgot how to treat people. Customer service will never be what it was before where "the customer is always right" was the true meaning of customer service. Example you're absolutely right sir I had 2 cancelations and these bankers aren't busy come right this way... or company policy we don't do walk ins but seeing as we don't have customers in line I'm willing to help you with opening the right account for you. 2 stars because even tho the employees don't know the true meaning of customer service at least they talk nice

I've even made an appointment in the past but the bank cancel my appointment twice due to the high capacity. Its ridiculous... Chase need to hire more employees.

This Chase Branch has an excellent staff known as Dany Perez, he has spectacular appearance and phenomenal way of customer service. I being a retired military officer always noticed his dedicated services, as a consequence attracting more satisfactory clients.

Had a very disappointing experience with this branch and their scheduling for appointments. The bank is great, but this branch needs to have people who are actually efficient.

Hi I wanted to post a review in regards to service I received, first off let me say this isn't our bank, our bank in Bank of America, but this is my landlord bank, so every month I have to come and deposit our check here for rent! We came on a Friday the 3rd of January 2020 their was a million people inside and also waiting in line and I brought my son inside with me he is a 7 year old with Autism. So we waiting for about 5 minutes in a really long line my son had his tablet but he was starting to get so overwhelmed from waiting in line with the sounds everything! So as I started trying to distract him and comfort him in any way from having a melt down, sweat starts to roll off me in places I've never felt! And Then this sweet Angel Named Sonya came up to me and ask me if she can help or asked what was I their for, she took us out of line and went in the back and deposited the check for us! I felt like crying when she went out of her way to help me and my son like she did! I was thinking she must of seen me going through with what I was going through and she saved not only me but my son. Forever Greatful for people like her in this world and I was at the right place at the right time! Thank You! Sonya .... while I was line I actually posted to my Instagram account about feeling overwhelmed with my son.

It's not that the employees are all rude or disrespectful,but there isn't enough staff to help customers. I waited 42 minutes in line to see one of the two open bankers at the window. I needed to purchase checks and get a direct deposit printout (which I've gotten the last couple of times from the teller) He couldn't help me with the checks, said I had to see a banker so I just paid $2 for 3 checks and said okay. I then asked for a printout of the direct deposit form, then again he said you need to see a teller. I asked him if they weren't able to get us that at the windows anymore and he rudely said that people have to wait in line so he can't waste time by doing this for me. There was one banker for a waiting list of what seemed like 40 people. Chase needs to get more employees working at this location it's ridiculous. I will not wait in two separate lines for over 2 hours on my day off. These employees are obviously overwhelmed and can't help too many people at once. I really hope they do something. I'd rather drive 4 miles to another location from now on.

I like Chase ..but HATE this branch ! Been a happy Chase customer for over 15 years, but this Branch gives them a Bad Name. Sorry Chase, this branch just kills it for you. Starting with Horrible staff that have no sense of customer service , and that it takes FOREVER to get anything done!

I had an issue with my account so I came here. There was 2 people ahead of me one personal Banker was helping a client and the other two bankers were doing God knows who on their desk. I waited 1 hour to be called up. Hate this bank that's why I switched banks because of crappy service like this
