Excellent customer service...YEAH RIGHT! Maybe they racial profiled me or discriminated me for my clothes. I went to the Chase at 101 Foothill Ave to open an account. The lady I spoke to informed me they were booked which I understand but I asked if I could take a cancelation spot since all of the bankers were just sitting at their desk unoccupied she said no go to another branch which I did. Before I did called 6 times customer service number just got left on hold then I came to this chase same result waited till the line was gone a banker just approached me to tell me they don't do walk ins so what do they do then?? If you just gonna let a $9,000 dollar cash deposit walk out the door while you are unoccupied because how I was dressed or look you should of walked outside and seen the brand new Cadillac which is paid in full. But I guess after the covid shots everyone forgot how to treat people. Customer service will never be what it was before where "the customer is always right" was the true meaning of customer service. Example you're absolutely right sir I had 2 cancelations and these bankers aren't busy come right this way... or company policy we don't do walk ins but seeing as we don't have customers in line I'm willing to help you with opening the right account for you. 2 stars because even tho the employees don't know the true meaning of customer service at least they talk nice ~Royal

So it’s one of those things where the employees are all kind attentive people. The area is rough tho, high traffic, can’t imagine what it’s like late at night. I go here all the time. ~EN

The folks at this bank are pleasant and show a happiness to assist the customers. Also the last few times the lines were gone. No waiting to see the tellers, except one person being helped before me. The parking lot can be a little busy. Overall, a much better experience compared to other types of banks. ~Richard

On every ampm I do refill my 64oz mug from .99cents to 1.49+ tax..... but especially on this AMPM, the lady that is at the register charges depending on people's race, she charged me more than 3.00 for a refill, stated that because the mug it's too big to charge me only .99 cents, and the prices for the refills that are on the fountain, are old and need not updated..... customer service classes the ownership should implement trough this store team.... ~Eduardo
