TERRIBLE BANK!! I was experiencing financial hardship and called ahead to be pro-active about my scenario to find some options with the bank to work with. Spoke with Susy and she was TERRIBLE, gave me no help and just kept reading "bank technicalities" and showed little care for my situation. I am financially sound again only to find out my bank account was closed. Unfortunately I was hospitalized for 3 weeks in September so of course I wasn't available to chat about my account so they closed it. Called again to speak with them to see if there was anything we can do and instead of remorse or care that I tried to be proactive and I was hospitalized Susy again simply said they are sending my balance due to collections and my account is closed. TERRIBLE BANK AND REPRESENTATIVES best to avoid them for any of your business needs. I was generating almost $500k a year since 2017 and have little support or relationship with this bank, avoid them and this branch specifically like the plague!!
