If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. I just found out that Chase is the largest funder of fossil fuel projects. As a Chase customer, finding out that my money is funding deadly fossil fuel projects is infuriating. I will be cutting up my Chase card and taking my money elsewhere!

I opened up a business checking account yesterday here at this branch. Sunghui Yi who is in charge of business checking account was very kind. Chase bank is one of a few banks where business checking account holder pay no fee for receiving money through Zelle. Of course, there is $12~15 fee if your daily balance dropped under $1500 a month but it is cheaper than other banks. For example, U.S. Bank charges a 2.5% fee for a business checking holder when they receive money through Zelle. Not only that, many major banks still not providing Zelle for business account. So you are a business owner, I highly recommend Chase business checking. Also, this place is not that crowded, and has plenty of parking spaces so it is very convenient to use because of its accessibility.

All big institutions have their issues, but it's the people that work at those institutions that make the difference. I just met with Sarah Boyd one of the officers at this branch of Chase and she made me a convert. Chase is always at the top of the Consumer Reports surveys of banks. They are wonderful on the local level, at the branch. The way to do business with Chase is so make sure you have a relationship with your branch. Calling the 800 number is not the way to go. Of course if you have a fraud on your account I would immediately called the 800 number but if you have an issue with the account and/or charges go to your branch because if they're anything like Sarah and her colleagues at this branch they will be understanding and do whatever they can to help you.

Amazing bank. And the customer service is so AMAZING!! Especially the 24/7 they listen and do everything they can to assist with in little amount of time. I been with this bank for 5 years now. I love CHASE. Bank of America for like 6 months. Horrible bank. I'm so happy my bf told me to move to chase♡
