Horrible customer service, there not eager to open account. I went and made you wait for to long they’re not even short staffed ended up going to another banking center US Bank is matter of fact they were far more professional.

Understaffed and the staff that is there isn't trained. Needed a simple problem with my business account fixed and apparently there was only one person who could do it and they wouldn't be back for hours. I would understand if there were a grocery store branch or the like but this is a regular branch so its baffling that they don't train people properly. Also it's a massive scam that the charge higher fees to get stuff done in person than it is to do online.

The worst Chase branch ever. The staff is too busy chatting to acknowledge customers. Hardly ever a knowledgeable person in the branch that can help. Do not open your accounts here. Go to the one down the road on Manchester.

Banks are no Disneyland but they are particularly slow. I only threw these two stars because everyone is relatively nice/polite. But I’m approaching two hours to cash a check...

I waited in line for 15 minutes. I only moved up 2 people. I got frustrated because only 2 windows open but there were at least 8 staff around but not one opened another window. I approached 2 of those staff who were sitting in cubicles not helping anyone and there HELP was that the line was over there. To make it worse when I left I called customer service and stayed on hold for 15 minutes. And talked to no one. Horrible. Felt like bank of America.

worst branch!!! the private client bankers are not helpful and would even suggest you to go to other Chase branches. they dont have a good client-banker relationship.
