Closed "temporarily." Went to 3 additional locations which were closed prior to closing time with absolutely no explanation. Chase should update the hours on Google and on the building lobby doors.

I had an appointment at 11am they made me waiting because they were in a meeting. Waiting an hour past my appointment. What was the whole point of making an appointment if they won’t even attend me to open an account

Beza Samuel, the assistant vp was phenomenal. Not only did he take care of my needs of getting replacement cards, opening a savings account , but in all he was efficient and quite friendly. I loved my experience here and will make this bank my main go to bank for all my financial needs. Gives a lot of good financial feedback and valuable information. Top notch customer services as well. Highly recommended

Came in to open a business account and was told the bankers were in a meeting until 3. After waiting over 30 min, I asked how much longer. Someone comes out of the meeting just to tell me that he could speak to me for a few minutes but has an appointment and can meet with me another day. If this was the situation I did not have waste my time for nearly 40 minutes. I'd hope that a bank would understand the time it takes to run a business and not deliberately waste mine.

Booked an appointment to speak with an investment adviser weeks in advance. Appointment was not recorded or confirmed. Were not able to meet with us as planned. Very unprofessionally run branch compared to other Chase locations.

Fantastic new full-service location just opened. Some of the most professional and best banking team I have had the pleasure of working with. LaRhonda and Rudy at Private Client for business accounts were awesome, you guys rock! So happy to call this Chase location my new home branch for all personal and business banking needs :)

FYI they don't have tellers, but there is staff that will help you take money out or deposit it just in the case you have forgotten your debit card. Staff is friendly, helpful and very courteous. While a waited the associate asked me if I needed to charge my phone I did and pointed me in the direction of a wireless charger(which also have apple and android USB cords.
