I’ve been with Citibank for nearly 11 years now. I’ve conducted business with them and have had numerous transactions done with tellers, bankers, management, etc.. I’ve always been treated fair and have Citibank has always met the level of satisfaction to me. However, this review isn’t based just on “Citibank” it’s based on the Branch Manager/VP: Josephine Rivera. I was referred to Josephine by a personal banker for a transfer. Upon arrival I was greeted with the upmost respect. Not only did she make me feel as though I’m a valued client, but she made me feel as though I’m “family” and it was genuine. I don’t know how Citibank treats their employees, but I hope she’s treated well. She brings respect, integrity, and value to this brand. It was more than a please working with you today Josephine. I appreciate everything. You’re assessment is worth more than the 5 stars provided by Yelp. I honestly mean that.

I've been a happy citibank customer for decades! This location has undergone a high Tech make over so when you walk in it feels a bit like you're walking onto the set of Blade Runner! The service was quick and courteous as always. Parking can be hectic if you're there at the wrong time A-day just an FYI because the lot holds about 6 to 8 cars tops.

I cannot express how happy and pleased we are with the service we had received by Josephine she went above and beyond my mother's account had been blocked for almost a month and customer service on the phone was useless In less than a hour she was able to help my mother get her account active and able to withdraw money as we were getting desperate she treated us like people she cared I've never receivand ed the service like I did here with her In any other bank thank you again

About a month ago I sent a payment through Zelle of about $1600. Unfortunately the phone number was saved wrong by one digit and the money was received by a random person somewhere in LA. When I called citi bank to reverse it, they said it was too late to do so. The lady I spoke to straight out said the only way to get it back was to talk to the lady that received it to link it back to my account. Isn't that supposed to be their job??? do you think this lady is going to send it back??. At this point I was really upset, the lady then filed the claim and said it would be resolved within 45 calendar days. At this point I'm already stressed out since this money was my rent money, and I had already paid all my bills. Worst of all, I had the manager calling me over and over asking for the money. I decided to call this person that got the money by mistake and never answered, so I called from my partner's number and she finally answered. I Spoke to her for 30 minutes, explaining what happened. This lady then said the money was no longer in her bank account and she didn't have any money to give it back. At this point I've already lost my mind. I kept calling customer service every hour for about two weeks until they finally credited my account while it was under investigation. Three days later that same amount was taken away from my account and I'm back to square one. I called Citi bank again and they pretty much said my money was lost. Please save yourself some trouble and avoid banking with Citi Bank. People here are unprofessional and unethical. I will make sure every family member or friend that banks with this bank closes it and moves to a credit union.

I got here at 12:45pm on a Saturday. I signed in, I was here to open a checking account. After 10mins a lady came up saying it was going to be a 45 min wait. Then 5 minutes later she comes up to tell me that they will not see me because it's going to be after hrs by the time they will get to me. I was like, okay I'm perfectly fine with that. Why should I not be seen for services if I got here before closing times. It was obvious that CITI bank did not want my services.

Probably one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been to. I was in line for over 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. The tellers could have taken the time to look up and acknowledge the long line of people waiting but nope. Terrible customer service. Go to the location on Glendale Boulevard instead.

They have both "misplaced" bank transfers and gotten my balance wrong, all the while denying having made a mistake until much later. I would suggest keeping your money in a safer place, such as your mattress.

Came here to deposit money and get a cashier's check. The tailor was a young good-looking woman, helped me fast and easy. Great air conditioning, good overall design, very clean inside. 3 ATMs!
