Firstly I will never use this bank again. I have had an account with them for years. They keep allowing businesses to take money out my account. Accounts are not Secure. They will charge you alot of fees for mistakes they make. They prey on the poor. Please beware of this bank. I had my account for 4 years and i will be closing it as soon everything settles. You will better off with Wells Fargo and they scam people. Us bank is a real life scam. No Currency exchange. Do not sign up for any products you will regret doing business with them. Us bank Over draft protection is a scam to extort money from consumers. You have been warned your money is not safe with US bank. Please try Navy Federal or credit unions. 0 stars for customer service

Us Bank are nothing more than thief’s I withdrew $500 from the ATM it only gave me 180 back. I went inside to speak with an employee. Because I bank with a different branch he said I need to contact my bank and it can take 10+ days to be corrected. The employee said it happens all the time. Why won’t they put it out of service if it happens all the time. When I left the same thing happen to 2 more people. Stay away from this Branch

One of the worst branches ever. It's sad, because the neighborhood it bad enough to have this kind of of staff in our local banks. When they want your business they are nice then they treat you like I'd you were a homeless. If the manager will set a good example maybe, the bankers and teller would be nicer. Don't come do business here, unless you have to..They don't care for bad reviews anyway.

I have been a customer of US BANK since 2006. I opened my account in a different state. I have had a pretty good experience with this institution UNTIL I went to the Los Angeles location on Crenshaw. Mind you this is in a predominantly African American neighborhood. I started going to this location due to my job. EVERY time I've been there there has been a long line of customers with ONE (No exaggeration) teller waiting on customers. All the while she (older Black Woman, just a fact) is doing this, there are 3 to 4 other employees, (All Hispanic... Just a fact) who are in the service area.. talking to one another, flipping through books and all with a pious look on their faces. They make no eye contact and people form a line to the door! I have addressed this on two occasions only to hear it's because it's lunch time, it's the first of the month! 🤤I say it's demographic and unacceptable! I will be contacting US BANK corporate and community agencies to look into this further! Totally unacceptable and poor service!

I drove for 15 minutes to find the bank closed and it was suppose to be open got there at 5:05 and the gps said the bank close at 6:00 Disappointed :(

Manager simply cynical banker just for the paycheck! Lost all the good employee for sure because her attitude!
