Honestly speaking, this branch has the best crew. The banker Eric and Marc helped me a lot, I have mortgage with lender James, he's the best of best. Also investor Daniel, we really believe in him. I don't know the teller's name with beautiful smile, but everything I experienced here is terrific.

Conveniently next to 405fwy & stores, good parking, spacious & clean interior, music, lots of hand sanitizers, forms, etc Fee is $5, which I thought was included, maybe only for personal accounts. Enjoyed the visit. Ciao ✋

zero stars why? bc this bank is fueling climate destruction. it is the largest funder of fossil fuels globally, and provides money to expansion projects despite knowing that those projects will 1. contribute to climate and ecosystem destruction and 2. are a violation of human rights. this is atrotious behavior. @chase DIVEST now or else we will pull our money from you....

This is a nice bank to look at, inside and outside, but the customer service wasn't very good when I went here last year, once or twice. However, they did have coffee! But, the parking is convenient and there are spots designated specifically for bank patrons only, even though it is not as easy to do banking here during rush hours, due to the location being right next to such a busy intersection as Sawtelle and National Boulevards!

Love the tellers! ALWAYS greeted with a smile and fun conversation with them. They're quick, knowledgeable and willing to help however they can. This is by far my favorite branch to go to.
