Came here to send a wire transfer around 4: 30pm. I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and efficient. And now I can go get my groceries at whole foods nextdoor :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried, several times, to schedule an appointment via a phone call to open an account. (My third one with Wells Fargo.) After no answers, a person finally answered to say that they were not taking appointments on the day I wanted. He wasn't apologetic at all and didn't seem to care if they had my business. Needless to say, VERY disappointed as I've been a Wells Fargo member for 20+ years. I'm thinking it's time to move everything over to Chase.

I stood in line with no assistance without a word spoken to me for 10 minutes while staff sat at their desks. The very second a white man walked in, staff stood up to inform us there are no tellers available and offer other services. This staff member was actually sitting sipping on her drink while I was waiting until this man came in. You sure make the extra 20 minutes round trip to the next Wells Fargo worth it.

Made an appointment to open an account and was told they couldn’t accept my tribal ID even though they just updated it in their books that a tribal ID is accepted. It seemed like the lady who “helped” us didn’t want to help us. I would give zero stars if possible. No customer service skills at all. And when I asked her to ask her manager she was very reluctant and I could hear her saying “oh we can’t accept this” TO the manager. Like girl was you going to ask her to help or just tell her what you THOUGHT. So I told her ok I’ll just go to a different Wells Fargo and guess what, the other Wells Fargo I went to accepted the tribal ID, no issues at all. Staff needs to be more informed and updated on Wells Fargo policies for what IDs are accepted.

I only come here because I HAVE to (to pay rent). The line is always ridiculously long, always have to wait a half hour minimum. I hate this bank so much.

I have been banking here for the last 2 years and have had no issues. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment with a banker to set up a business account at this branch and have never been treated with such disrespect. The banker obviously did not care about new business. I would steer clear of this location if you are trying to set up a new account or have a conversation with a banker.

Horrible customer service. I asked for help with making travel plans and they teller, then the customer service rep could not have been LESS helpful - I ended up leaving. With all the trouble Wells Fargo has caused, you would think they would train their employees to be more helpful or at the very least, more friendly -

Wanted to make a large deposit and teller acted as if she had never seen so much money before. I have a money service business so it's usual for to make these transactions. Not only was the teller rude... but there was only one teller for everyone on a Saturday. The manager didn't even take any interest in the situation. Horrible experience!!!
