The manager, William Cabrera slacks off chatting with his friends(who dont even work here) instead of helping you. He arrogantly told me that whatever I was told by other chase employees on the phone was wrong, and that he’s right. He then proceeded to throw my documents on the table. In the middle of the conversation another employee stepped inside without knocking or anything, said “I need to grab you for 5 min” and then talked over me, as if I was invisible. I’ll be reporting to corporate about this. This is how Chase treated a client w thousands of savings in the account. Maybe they don’t care about working and middle class clients.

Came by yesterday to request some financial paperwork. Even though it was 5 minutes to 5, Mario was so kind and helpful. He even called another branch to verify something for me and made sure I got what I needed for my paperwork requirements. Thank you for taking the time to give such amazing customer service and for going above and beyond! Going to have to edit this to 0 stars. Came to help my mom set up an account and they said no one was available to help us. I asked if they could help call around to other branches downtown to see if anyone was available today and they said “use your app and find the numbers”. Seriously?

I’ve been sitting in the branch to close an account for more than one hour now. There is no sense of urgency by the employees. Rather, multiple employees congregate around wealthier customers. They have cubicles so I can clearly hear what is being discussed (no privacy). But what is being discussed could be solved by one employee and the one sitting around could have helped others.

Nicole Walls the assistant branch manager is the most unprofessional inhospitable Chase associate I have ever interacted with. She inserted her rude unwelcome commentary into a conversation I was having with another teller regarding my account. She repeatedly shared her unwelcome opinions related to matter that the teller assisting me was fully capable of handling. When I mentioned to the teller that she could keep her opinions to herself she became more vocal as if she was challenging me related to information that I never asked her for. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch at all costs. Also they only had 1 client representative available in this branch they had clients approaching the teller to handle account management which was a complete waste of time. They need manage the schedule of staff in a better way.

I had the worst experience at this location, I was told I need an appointment to get a simple print out of my closed account. I was told I wouldn’t be able to speak to someone until next week. I currently use CASH APP and my money has been going missing on my account. I’m afraid I’m a victim of identity theft and the associates didn’t not care to help. I will be contacting the federal government about this as this is very illefal

Scheduled an appointment, got rescheduled last minute by the representative without notifying me, only to find out I have to wait an hour and half when I have already arrived at the branch. The front desk lady was also rude, tried to make excuses with the whole COVID thing, saying they can work with my originally schedule time due to limited capacity. Well, I thought pandemic was the EXACT reason why we should honor our appointments. Anyways, the appointment was made to close my account at Chase. Worst service till the end.

By far the worst banking experience any client can go through especially if you are a business owner. I have been a Chase customer for well over 16 years and because of the ineptitude and discourteous unprofessionalism of this bank's personnel (from top to bottom) I'm prepared to finish my relationship with Chase altogether. 1) They NEVER answer phones. If you are a business owner and need to speak with a private banker on certain issues, and your free time is scarce, then you will want to set up an appointment. After weeks of calling, on various days and times, all of which went unanswered I had no other choice but to visit the branch. After standing in a 30 min. line I walked in and discovered their phones were off the hook! When I informed the manager, she defensively protested that the phones are working. So I dialed the number in front of her to catch her in her own lie. She then SWITCHED ON THE RINGER IN FRONT OF ME, demonstratively proving that it was off, but continued to act as if it was on & working. 2) They have a revolving door of personnel. You will not maintain a relationship with anyone because this office constantly has turnover. I have spoke to three separate bankers in this last year relating to my businesses, none of whom have remained. 3) After multiple visits trying to set up an appointment to speak with a banker for my business, I was advised that there is a "separate" banker that assist with the needs I sought, however he does not work at the office and only comes in as needed. To set up an appointment I would have to contact him. I called the number they gave me and it's a GOOGLE VOICE NUMBER and he never called me back. Out of professional respect I maintained the anonymity of the personnel, however they are downright immature, grossly unprofessional, and simply too inept to serve as a professional financial institution.

I went into this chase bank with my partner today. She was there to report a fraud on her account. We spoke with Mario Delgadillo who helped her set up extra steps to secure her account, updated her account to block suspicious in-person withdrawals, and really investigated what happened. He assured us her money would be returned and to not worry. See, walking out of the first chase bank, we would have immediately just closed accounts and taken our business elsewhere given how little they cared to fix the matter and give us any peace of mind during this time. Customer service makes a huge difference and we definitely found it here.
