Food was good but the service was amazing! Jarita was extremely helpful and friendly along with everyone else. The restaurant is very clean, comfortable and well decorated.

Stopped in for dinner with my family this evening. Did not realize that we went in 5 minutes to close(we don't do that to workers) and the service could not have been better. The food was fresh and hot and the woman that helped us could not have been nicer or accommodating. Very nice experience at this location. Great job Warrensburg Fazoli's crew!

With the understanding this is Italian fast food. The food was good for the price. Also I received great service from Jarita during my visit. I would come back.

The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't bad at all. The food was still hot when we got home. Overall decently priced. And a good taste all around.

It's fast food. You get it hot but it cools down real quickly. I got chicken alfredo and my dish was cold before I finished half it. The taste was good while it was hot.

I love Fazoli’s!!!! It’s clean and well maintained. The associates are some of the friendliest in town. You can tell that a lot of thought and time went into their training. They’re awesome. The food is wonderful. Very reasonably priced. Came out hot and tasty. We were asked several times if we needed anything and were we enjoying our meal. Very pleasant experience. 5 stars Fazoli’s!!! Keep up the good work!!

The food is amazing as well as our dine in was nice and remote to eat our new years dinner. My guy even had a nap after his meal to get some rest before we brought in the new year they let us know when they was locking up so we could go. happy new year all .

Edit: My wife and I gave this place another try and I can say the experience was much better. Our order was correct, fresh, and delicious.We did an order from the app. I first went through the drive through. It took the drive-through attendant a while to answer, but they were pretty slow, so she was probably doing something else. I learned you have to pickup online orders from inside, which isn’t ideal. This isn’t unheard of, though. There are other places like this around town. It will mean that my wife and I probably won’t order from here often. The inside had a nice atmosphere and was clean. The people were polite. One of the employees that was outside greeted me happily and wished me a merry Christmas. We’ll definitely be back! This is a great addition to the options we have here in the ‘Burg!

We have ate there several times now. First time was wonderful, when they first opened here. The last two times we have gotten there after 8 (close at 9) and the food has been over cooked or burned. The pizza was burned on top and very crusty on bottom. The bread sticks where so bad. My pasta was so salty and garlic that I didn't really enjoy it. I understand that it was close to quitting time, but that is not good business for a restaurant reputation. Hope get gets better, because we need it here.

Went to get something with the wife after work and decided to dine in. Staff at the counter took the order quickly and gave us our tray to go find a table. Long story short, the food took 30 minutes to arrive. One dish was fresh and the other had been under the warmer the entire time apparently. Only took 3 minutes to bring out a new dish but the broccoli was burnt and the chicken was cold. Sign says fresh Italian. The chicken was a frozen processed patty that they cut up. If it's just fast food call it that, and if it's supposed to be fast food don't take 30 minutes to serve two plates. Neither of us finished our plates. The amount of salt was too much for even me and I love salt. Kinda disappointed. Warrensburg needs decent Italian for a change.
