This is 1 of my very favorite places to shop. Can get lost for hours amid the expansive inventory. Didn't have lots of time the other day so ordered ONLY what I needed for pickup. 1st time doing this and the experience was simple, fast and delivered by a courteous staff member. NEVER A COMPLAINT FROM ME.

Great store. There's an older guy in plumbing, Cliff, who is always phenomenally helpful piecing together any crazy plumbing connection I dream up. It's always a treat when he's there to help.

Never have I ever been to a Lowe's and had a bad experience. I can't say that for Home Depot though. Go here and stay away from Home Depot!

I have very good experience. I happen to have someone who is a brand new hire he called to ask for help and someone came immediately to help I to ask for help several times finding things and I never had a problem everyone was always very friendly and knew where things were outside of the first guy LOL I had wonderful experience I would highly recommend this store

It has been brought to my attention that the store is trying to push this Entire incident off onto the Customer Contractor, Brandon. I find that to be highly unacceptable and inaccurate. As mentioned in my complaint the contractor was part of a group of three bullies which included two Lowes employees, Ashley (the unvested employee), Brandie (the vested employee) and the Customer Contractor, Brandon. Yes, Brandon initially made the first remark to get the ball rolling. However, Lowes employee Ashley then made her own separate remark next to further escalate the incident. After the incident BOTH Brandie, and Ashley rolled their eyes as Ashley denied her involvement in the escalation. Both employees had the opportunity to de-escalate the situation and to get a manager involved. Both failed miserably. Instead, running into your office trying to cover themselves by saying they were speaking about a “Birthday Party.” If that were the case why did anyone have ears to hear what was happening at Customer Service? Why would ANY ONE OF THEM have made a remark about what I was doing as a Customer at Customer Service if they were so involved in their own conversation? What personal gain would I get by lying about the details of this incident? Trying to sweep (at the very least) Ashley’s involvement under the rug is outrageous. As a result I would like to escalate this beyond the store level. It is clear to me no one wants to hold these unprofessional employees accountable for making a bad situation WORSE! I’m sad to see how this incident has been handled. Trying to get statements from people days/a week later?? Statements should have been taken that very day while it was fresh in everyone’s mind. What initially started as an unsatisfactory experience at the Self Checkout Registers quickly turned into a hostile and incredibly uncomfortable incident fueled by Lowes Store Employees, a Customer Contractor and Unprofessionalism. I will continue to tell friends and family about my terrible experience and how it is being handled. I used to think so highly of this store, but this entire situation has put an awful taste in my mouth.

We are doing a full kitchen remodel. Jeff Erdman is the associate that has helped us for many HOURS. He was given a promotion and slipped into a different location in the store since our 1st visit. He came back to help us out for several more hours today doing adjustments to our plan. He worked well after his shift ended and was so helpful and courteous the entire time. I would recommend him as employee of the month or year!!

This place is amazing on customer service. Two guys went above and beyond tonight.. helping me with some garden stuff.. late.. at closing... and they were awesome. It's hard for me to get to town with the kids this time of year.. so much is happening on the farm... and we were running late. To the head guy in lawn and garden and the super nice dude helping him.. thankyou..thankyou..thankyou. This busy momma is so grateful for the help tonight.

Came in on a busy day to pick up flooring. Everything seemed to be a little hectic for the staff. I assume they have alot of new people but either way Mathew the supervisor up front made sure my wait wasn't long and even with everyone else kind of seeming lost on what to do he kept his cool the whole time and made sure I was good!

I called the store before to make sure that they carried the particular nail that I needed. My call was answered quickly & very patient with my questions, once I got to the store the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was there with the nails ready for me!
