We have been disappointed numerous times with the service we receive from our driver. Tracking on numerous packages have showed "no access to delivery location" even though it was on days we were open. Now, we have a package that they want us to go to the post office to pickup because there is "not enough room in receptacle" or something like that. We have a door clearly marked "shipping and receiving" and there is plenty of room inside. I thought at first maybe the driver was hitting wrong buttons, but it clearly seems as though they are lying. ~Green.

We are doing a full kitchen remodel. Jeff Erdman is the associate that has helped us for many HOURS. He was given a promotion and slipped into a different location in the store since our 1st visit. He came back to help us out for several more hours today doing adjustments to our plan. He worked well after his shift ended and was so helpful and courteous the entire time. I would recommend him as employee of the month or year!! ~Kimberly

Came in for oil change, everything seemed fine and I left. Come time for my next oil change and and I was told my drain plug was rounded and cross threaded into the pan and the only way to change my oil was to replace the pan! Now it is costing me over $200 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Terrible place, needs to be shut down!! Service: Oil change ~Taylor

Oksana was amazing!!! I have struggled so much with my hair in the past and had a not so reputable salon use splat! She managed to get the splat out and give me an amazing dye Job! I’ve been back to her several times since for styling and cuts. She’s definitely my go to. The salon is always clean and the people are extremely friendly. If I could give ten stars I would!! Terrible week day hours. No weekend hours. Called the week earlier and they told me to just walk in. Did not give me the option to make an appointment. Then I got there and they were short manned. Receptionist was generally rude. "Well I have one banker and people ahead of you so you'll have to wait." That's fine the way she said it was not. She said I should have made an appointment. I told her when I called no one mentioned an appointment and she said well it is what it is. Went to the UCM location. Didn't mention any of my interaction at the last bank. They were more busy. Super kind and extremely helpful and pleasant. ~shawn

I have multiple accounts at several different banks and I am no longer interested in continuing to do business with equity. I have one checking account here so I can keep our two businesses, farm, and personal spending separate for tax purposes. My equity checking account gets used very little, at times there’s no activity for weeks at a time. The fees here are ridiculous!!! More fees than any of our other banks. I called and spoke to a rep and she couldn’t even give me a good reason to stay with equity. That’s alarming. It’s a hassle to close this act and move elsewhere as it’s linked to specific PayPal, Venmo acts, etc. However, I’d rather keep my money vs paying ridiculous monthly bank fees. Proceed with this bank cautiously. If they try to sell you with the perk of their convenience app, surprise! All banks have an app for mobile banking- this is 2019. Adios, equity, I’m out ✌🏼 ~Magnolia

I love Fazoli’s!!!! It’s clean and well maintained. The associates are some of the friendliest in town. You can tell that a lot of thought and time went into their training. They’re awesome. The food is wonderful. Very reasonably priced. Came out hot and tasty. We were asked several times if we needed anything and were we enjoying our meal. Very pleasant experience. 5 stars Fazoli’s!!!
