Came in for oil change, everything seemed fine and I left. Come time for my next oil change and and I was told my drain plug was rounded and cross threaded into the pan and the only way to change my oil was to replace the pan! Now it is costing me over $200 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Terrible place, needs to be shut down!! Service: Oil change

Very disappointed, they changed my oil an that was it. They didn't check any other fluid levels or air in my tires. They wrote the incorrect mileage, off by 4000 miles and changed me over $100.00. I will not go back.

Went in for an oil change, The lady I dealt with was tacky and unfriendly. She seemed irritated I didn’t know what oil to get. She did her job but that’s it. No customer service skills. After the oil change she came back to educate me on what the manufacturer recommends to get done to my vehicle. It seemed like she was saying I’d have to get them done today, I was confused and said I wouldn’t be able to do those today. She laughed and said I almost was going to say you had to just to “see the look on your face”. Didn’t appreciate that. The guy that did the oil change was friendly, and did his job good and fast. That was my only positive. Fast service. Way overpriced, left paying $90 bucks for an oil change. My advice is to go somewhere else. Service: Oil change

I called ahead of time to make sure they could air up my tires since I don’t have a pressure monitor and didn’t want to air them up too much. They told me to pull into the back and they’d come talk to me. I get there and there’s one bay open with a car inside, so I wait behind it. Typically, they’d come ask the service you need and let you know a wait time, etc. There was something wrong with said car and each employee is just walking around it or standing around doing nothing. No one came to ask me anything after waiting there for over 15 minutes with an upset baby in the back seat. I refuse to come here for oil changes due to excessive charges last time I came here, but I thought a simple air up would be fine. I was wrong.

I came to get an oil change and transmission fluid check. They were already doing the services before I was told the price, and then made me pay $90 for an oil change. I wanted an oil change AND a transmission fluid check. They didn’t tell me the price until after and didn’t tell me that they didn’t check the transmission fluid, until afterwards, and the gentleman told me to go to a full service shop when I told him I was confused. Came back with SO and they refused to do anything about the charge and the woman was unprofessional. She called the cops when he insisted on them refunding me. She threatened my SO by saying she wanted to punch him in front of the police. Refused to give us her name or any managers name and refused to help us solve the issue. My car is a 2.2 liter and they said it was a 3.5 so the information on my receipt is also incorrect. Service: Oil change

The people there were super friendly, honestly cared about getting my vehicle takin care of properly and the whole time they did it with a smile and positivity, they even told me it would be 45 minutes and got it done in half that.

Well. Where do we start. I put 2 stars because the chick working there “accidentally” charged me 2 services of labor when there was supposed to be 1. Mind you all I need is my spark plugs changed and I even provided them, so all I had to pay for was labor. I waited until she was finished for her to notice the mistake but she didn’t, but I knew it was there so I mentioned it and she took it off. “Yeah I don’t know how that got there.”her.🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️Tried to finesse me smh.
