Best car repair in Warrensburg, Missouri (MO) 2024

Came in for oil change, everything seemed fine and I left. Come time for my next oil change and and I was told my drain plug was rounded and cross threaded into the pan and the only way to change my oil was to replace the pan! Now it is costing me over $200 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Terrible place, needs to be shut down!! Service: Oil change ~Taylor

I have used them for several things, but tires is such a good deal here- love the warranty they give and because they are bulk buyers I do feel like they are very competitive with prices. Everyone in the store is very nice and helpful and they do not try to sell or encourage a purchase or repair that you really don't need. Ladies, Curtis was the best- for real. And he is not wearing a ring, not saying he is not taken, but if I were not officially taken without a ring as well- I would bring my flirt game here. Just sayin'. Again he was nice, but also very knowledgeable and explained everything really well and just had superior customer service in my opinion. My last visit I was there for a very long time, but they worked with me. I did have to come back the next day but we agreed to that and they absolutely took care of me. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. It does not seem like an appointment time means much, I typically wait there. This is the ONE thing I feel could be improved. I truly have not experienced the wait times at other auto locations in Warrensburg. ~Jennifer
