Have just gone in for rotations and alignment checks. Sometimes wait times can be longer, but with what I have watched them deal with there, they handle it pretty well. Today I waited over an hour for a scheduled rotation and alignment check, but when I left he didn't charge me .

Went in for exhaust problems. Already had a diagnostic and asked if they could do it for less than the estimate. They reassured me the exhaust problem was less than a 200$ fix but could not beat the estimate. The employees there gave a stellar recommendation for Buso's AA Muffler Shop. Buso had me in and out in less than 20 mins for less than 100$! While they didn't make a sale, they do have a returning customer.

Nice and friendly people. Service is ridiculously slow. Set an appointment for an OIL CHANGE at 10am. They didn’t take my car back till around 10:45. They didn’t finish the OIL CHANGE until after 11:45. I waited two hours for an OIL CHANGE. I usually go to valvoline or take 5 which only takes 10-15 minutes.

I have used them for several things, but tires is such a good deal here- love the warranty they give and because they are bulk buyers I do feel like they are very competitive with prices. Everyone in the store is very nice and helpful and they do not try to sell or encourage a purchase or repair that you really don't need. Ladies, Curtis was the best- for real. And he is not wearing a ring, not saying he is not taken, but if I were not officially taken without a ring as well- I would bring my flirt game here. Just sayin'. Again he was nice, but also very knowledgeable and explained everything really well and just had superior customer service in my opinion. My last visit I was there for a very long time, but they worked with me. I did have to come back the next day but we agreed to that and they absolutely took care of me. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. It does not seem like an appointment time means much, I typically wait there. This is the ONE thing I feel could be improved. I truly have not experienced the wait times at other auto locations in Warrensburg.

I won’t ever go back here again. Their service take way too long. I’ve had to wait over 10 hours for things to get done. Even after having an appointment. And after I couldn’t get a problem fixed the day I came in another problem arises after my visit even though they’re were fine before I went. I even got tires that day as well and they broke one of my lugs which I took the tires off myself the day before to inspect some of the stuff before taking it in. Yet they still charge me even though I know it’s their fault. Don’t trust them with your car. Go somewhere better.

I told them I had a coupon and wanted the oil that worked with the coupon. Then when it came to pay the coupon didn't apply? For the oil chance that the coupon worked for. It was double what I was supposed to pay. The poor worker who cashed me out was just there for paying so I just told him I was upset and it should have been the one with the coupon. He was nice about it and gave me a slight discount to apologize. I assume it was just an accident/miscommunication, but it was still upsetting 😔

Update: Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Get told that there isn't any oil showing on the dipstick. I know for a fact the car definitely does not have an oil leak nor is it burning oil. They loked it over also and could not find any evidence of a leak. I then get told that it happens when people skip oil changes. I explain that I don't skip oil changes and in fact, Big O was the last ones to service my vehicle. I am then told that they are showing the vehicle is 12K miles overdue for an oil change. I explained that is not true and in fact the oil was changed at it's regular Interval and I have the receipt of they would like to see it. They go back in their system and pull the receipt that in fact shows the vehicle was brought in for it's oil change almost exactly 5K miles before this one. Leads me to the conclusion that they either did not change my oil the last time and charged me like they did, or they just didn't add enough oil. Either way, not coming back. If they are going to try to blame me for something they failed to do, then I am not going to trust they are actually performing the services correctly that they are charging for. Original: Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the services provided and setting up an appointment is quick and easy.

This is the BEST Big O Tires location. I setup an appointment the day before a snow storm. I was rolling around on a spare and needed the new tires asap. I was going to drop off my van and try to get a ride back the next day. Instead, they were able to take care of me that night. Total turn around was about 3 hours from when I made the initial appointment. It was very impressive. They went above and beyond, and now have a customer for life.

I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews I'm going to say 5. They've made mistakes. Human like I. Can't help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places I'll go to. I've seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and it's too bad they can't review the customers Reality is that auto repairs aren't all created equal. I can't say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys
