Fast service. The only thing that annoyed me, I asked the girl at the window if I had any points to use and she said she didn't know and couldn't tell. False, I know they can tell because I have asked before. She just didn't want to look. Overall she was pleasant and I got my drink fast .

The drive thru is usually pretty busy and there is often some ingredients unavailable. This is not a specific issue to this Starbucks but seems to be the case across the board with supply issues. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly when suggesting alternatives if something was not available.

If I can give this location zero stars I would. I do not EVER write reviews but today is the day. To whoever the manager currently is, they must have been desperate to fill the position. Very rude and immature with zero experience of customer service, not to mention the airhead messed my whole order up and couldn’t deliver 2 cake pops “she forgot.” I walked in store and ordered remind you, an order I get everyday as she proceeded to keep correcting my order saying “we can’t do that” as I simply asked for thick cold foam and continued with laughing. She continued talking about me on her headset telling her crew members what I asked for as I was waiting for my order, literally laughing as I walked away. As simple it was to deliver DECENT, at most customer service, this girl couldn’t even do that. So rude and I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.

My neighborhood Starbucks I always go to. Staff is great and friendly, lattes are good. However, the new remodeled decor is so so. I missed the warm tone all around, exposed brick wall and more comfortable seating area, now it looks like school classroom with desks :(

I got myself a chocolate foam ice brew with a little extra mocha for that delicious chocolate taste! 😋😋😋 The coffee brew was awesome if you like chocolate!! Lol the service was amazing and definitely going there again!! It was a Wednesday I went to Starbucks in the morning to treat myself it was so worth it!! 😎😎😎💪💪💪

I love this location! I’m so happy they’ve opened back up. They usually have everything in stock and the employees are so friendly and sociable. They get busy, but the employees handle it so well with a great attitude. Everybody in this location deserves a raise!!!!

I am very upset with Starbucks and Uber today they messed up my order I ordered four drinks and I only received two I am not happy with the service today I was credited 5 bucks for an order that was over 40 dollars this is not fair now Starbucks is informing me that they cannot help me because it was a Uber eats order this is jus unacceptable and the store manager was rude to me over the phone I do understand that this is now an Uber Issue but being the fact that I was at work I can’t just get on my phone whenever I want and it’s very difficult to contact an actual person with Uber I was hoping that the start bucks management would help me with the issue they Continue to inform me that I would have to take it up with Uber knowing that I just told him that Uber only credit me five dollars back This order was for me and some coworkers so we are all unsatisfied and sleepy being That we did not get our Starbucks fix and I highly upset with management..
