Amanda and Rogelio helped me upgrade and set up my new device. They we're very friendly and went above and beyond to help me set up my Bluetooth speaker as I am hard of hearing also.17 years with TMobile and I have never ran across associates that cared so much. Definitely recommend !

Nope. Complete disaster and we left the store very stressed and went home to figure it out on our own. The main issue seemed to be that the person helping us was brand new and had little to no training. If you need in store help, go to a different location or call T Mobile instead.
