Show up, no line. Workers sitting under trees not working. I'm told the air compressors is down and he can't do my oil change. Lol. Said it would take 4 hours. Not even 30 minutes later there is a line wrapped around the building and I'm now waiting. I drive my car for work, was gonna be at work on time, not I'm sitting here, in line when I should be at work with an oil change. The guy that told me 4hours is kicking rocks and talking about buying a car with a random dude. This is trash Service: Oil change

Normally on point, but had a bad experience this time. Might have been some new employees or just an off day but shouldn't have taken me over an hour for an oil change when I got there and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Then to make matters worse they put the wrong oil in, luckily I noticed it was wrong when they gave me my receipt and they had selected the wrong vehicle. I was given a 5% discount for my inconvenience.

Do not get a oil change or antifreeze replaced. You go in with new radiator and come out with it leaking. Thats not all they put in stop leak without asking and it took at least 3 hours. You call valvoline and they are not even involved with the company. They are a private company and do not get back to you and when you do get them months later they say it took 45 minutes. I will be up there to protest with my broken radiator and witnesses it was not leaking before i went including my mechanic. Service: Oil change

Ok so I have used this Valvoline express for a number of years. I always had ok service. So I go in to get an oil change. The first thing the guy says is they have been bought out by another company/owner. That prices have increased. I agree to the terms. Then he comes in the waiting area and tells me my truck has an oil leak and that they can't change the oil. So I asked them to please just change the oil as it's almost past due. This is a 2020 truck. The so called mechanic refuses. So they have indeed lost my business. I understand that the repair has to be made. His claim is that changing the oil can make the leak worse. So you all that have been using Valvoline service might want to rethink the one in wentzville! Really can't wait to see what the owner has to say to cover the incompitent mechanics but. No excuse!
