I simply needed an emissions test. No need to test drive my car. They come back with all of my antifreeze draining out. I get pulled into a side room and they tell me I need 5000.00 dollars worth of work done on my car. I THINK NOT! These people are scam artists. Bet you could drive a brand new car in and they would want to do a bunch of things to it. Oh and because they had to work on my car they had to disconnect my battery which now I have to drive an illegal car for 100 miles because disconnecting your battery resets the sensors for the emissions testing.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A 2 Z FOR ANYONE!

Had to have brakes serviced before the holiday. A2Z was very accommodating in getting an appointment last minute. They were very efficient and was able to get my car back same day. Thank you. Will definitely use them again in the future! Service: Brake service & repair

Tripled the repair price during the job, and WAY overcharged for parts! Everyone is pleasant and professional - minus the price gouging. To be clear, I have used this shop more than once. My family is new to the area, and they are close. I will say that they are friendly - and for oil changes and such, they are sufficient. That is they only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1. Recently, the brakes were constantly squealing on my car for a few days, then the noise 'went away'. Well, that's never good, since cars don't often 'fix themselves'. I took it to A to Z, after I called for a quote. I was quoted $530 for front brakes if it needed rotors, and $300 if it did not. I assumed it needed the rotors, since I didn't get it in sooner - my own fault. While my car was 'all apart on the rack', they discovered that the calipers, also, needed replacing. I didn't question that, they had never steered me wrong on smaller issues, but the job nearly tripled in price (from $530-$1558). I was between meetings at work, and blindly told Randy that I suppose I didn't have a choice, to go ahead and repair it. Later that day, as soon as I was free, I checked pricing. If multiple auto parts stores quoted the calipers just under $100 ea, and the brake lines at $35 ea (so, X2 that is $270) - I wondered how much more labor could possibly cost - since I was already paying labor to change pads and rotors. I called the shop, spoke with Randy, and was told that I was being charged $243 EACH for the calipers, and $87 EACH for the brake hoses! I WAS BEING CHARGED $660 FOR PARTS THAT SHOULD COST $270! I get that there is a markup going through a shop, but that is outrageous! Of course, by the time I called them on it, they were already finished with the job. They accommodated by taking 'some' off of the labor, but not nearly enough. Randy explained that they had been in business for 15 years, and never had a complaint like this. That they had amenities such as a 'loaner car' (much older than mine, with an air bag light on), and they provided a nationwide warranty on their work. I told him that the loaner car was not a loaner if I was going to be gouged because of it, and the warranty was not something THEY PROVIDED if I am paying through the nose for it. A FEW DAYS LATER, after I cooled off from paying almost $1300 for my repair, my son's starter went out. I priced the part, then called for a quote. When they finally got back to me, the $120 starter was going to cost me $260 (no, that did NOT include labor - total replacement cost was $460, and what 'shop supplies' cost $15 extra for a starter replacement?!). That was the final straw. I went to another shop (that also provides a nationwide warranty BTW), and paid $300 for the entire job to be completed. I will not be revisiting A to Z for future repairs - nor oil changes - nor anything else. Everyone is pleasant and professional - minus the price gouging. Service: Brakes

First time using their service. Very Satisfied!!! They came and towed my SUV to their Shop. Randy called me with a long list of things needing repair. However, Ryan "the mechanic" explained everything to me and told me that all the things wrong did Not need to be done right then to get my car safely back on the road. He broke everything down for me and fixed what I needed for now and I could not be any happier with any aspect of the service I recieved!!!!! I am a single mom with 2 teenage children and can not afford to get ripped of by anyone. A2Z were my answer! The women working the counter, Nicky and Gina were Amazing to work with!!! Gina came and picked me up for a loner car while the mechanic Ryan fixed only what I asked to be fixed for now. I had my car back in 2 days. Running good!!! Yes, my truck needs a lot more work but I can get it fixed as my finances allow. I even called and my insurance company is reimbursing me for the 75$ tow. My total cost was a little over 1200$. I Highly recommend A2Z !!! KINDESS, TRUTH, and breaking of what I really needed now and what I can chose(at my own risk) to wait to fix, Ryan explained so down to earth to me. The service that I was provided, I definitely give 5 stars!I will be taking my SUV and any other vehicle I have back to them. I feel I was treated with RESPECT, HONESTY, and all around GREAT SERVICE. Thanks so much Nicky. Gina, and Ryan... yall did me right!! Candy Bowman

Great place to get your vehicle worked on. I bought a used vehicle but it needed a few things fixed before it would pass safety inspection. And like most people. Money was tight. But Randy(the owner) Offered me a finance option that would fit my budget. Everyone there was very professional and kind. I would recommend A2Z to anyone needing repair.

Ive always had pleasant experiences. Staff is friendly. They always provide a complimentary loaner car which comes is super handy. They also have several flexible payment options for bigger repairs that have helped me. I never have good credit and im always instantly approved for more than enough to cover cost.

Tried to scam extra busy while doing state inspection. Wanted 2000 to fix. Said it was leaking brake fluid and antifreeze. Drove it 400 miles last week and parked in garage not one drop of fluid anywhere. Took to 2 other stations they both said it was a great vehicle. Will NEVER do business with them again! Everything the owner saying is a lie. 2 other certified technicians at 2 others locations said everything was fine except brake light and wipers which I knew. Take your car there if you want but I hate a crooked mechanic
