Brought in my Aspen after Dave Sinclair’s service Dept. told me the rear main needed replaced. So glad we brought it in to Coopers because they were wrong and saved me from spending $1,600.00 i didn’t need to spend. Changed my oil, filled my wiper fluid, and checked the entire vehicle over. Back on the road and feeling safe!

I brought my truck for diagnostic on check engine light. Apparently being powerstroke it requires a specific/special code reader. They said they have one, they said they used it and my truck needed batteries and IDM. Their price to fix was $1400. I had a spare IDM I could put in it. I don't believe batteries need to cost $600-$700 to be effective, so I paid the $125 they charged for the 10 minutes they spent to diagnosis and took it home. It turns out one battery was going flat, I replaced it with a $100 battery. I put my spare IDm in, same problem. I bought a rebuilt IDM at Napa and still the same problem. I approached them with what appeared to be their bad diagnosis, they never responded. They were very successful finding $1400 worth of stuff not wrong with it, I can't say how much they would have charged to find what is actually wrong with it. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Im not sure how there service is. I dropped a truck off for a oil change and when i went to pick it up they had a 120 dollar extra for a very inexpensive part. I was not notified nor called just expected to pay it at pick up. I dont appreciate business done that way

Great experience. Very nice. And professional. We had put a lift kit on a 2012 jeep patriot. After taking it to 2 other shops for the alignment it still wasnt right. Someone recommended Paul. That was all it took. He put it on his rack made some adjustments drove it came back made another adjustment now its perfect.
